We got crawfish and crabs here again last night. They are always seasoned and cooked to perfection! This guy knows how to boil. I grew up here and have had crawfish all over Louisiana and Texas. Boulet’s is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The guy that owns it is a class act and always super friendly, too. I’m hoping they do our Sowela boil again this year!

So being from Arizona and last night in town I had to have some classic seafoods. Boulet’s Boil-n-Go exceeded all expectations. Driving up I was a little confused and leery from the humble shack this drive through presented.
Undeterred I tried every shell fish they had crab, shrimp and crawfish on their recommendation. I was not disappointed at all, the spices and dips were amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through.
