I stopped in for breakfast this morning July 19 2024. I ordered a veggie omelette with cheese, home fries and an everything bagel. It was very good I will definitely be going back again. Especially for the ice cream.

I have passed by Boudreau’s a couple of times recently; which is tricky because it’s a bit off the beaten path, each time noticing a full parking lot. I am glad I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a huge pancake that I couldn’t even finish today. I took some extra time to talk to Mary who provided great service making sure my coffee cup stayed full and warm, about the history of this diner and its vision for the future. I couldn’t help but appreciate the friendly, light-hearted banter among Mary and the familiar crowd of elders from the town. This is a family-owned, family-friendly diner with a very clean and welcoming atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating on their new, expansive, patio which will open when the weather warms up. I plan on coming back for that and their adjacent Ice Cream shop featuring premium ice cream from as far away as Maine and beyond.

My BFF and her DH suggested we come here after church. They are local folks, and it was a fairly new establishment they wanted to try. There was plenty of parking with a handicap ramp available. Clean and bright inside, we sat ourselves. We ordered the Chicken Spiedie(a local favorite )salad $9.00 and the Little Beef Burger (4oz) and fries $5.00 The salads were huge!! Loaded with fresh spring greens, cheese, hard boiled eggs, purple onion, garden tomatoes, croutons, and loaded with the chicken spiedie meat. It tasted so fresh and flavorful. Her DH said his burger was delicious and also had fresh tomato, onion and lettuce on it. Even my DH commented on how good and fresh the salad was. They close early on Sundays at 2pm, so by the time we finished dining, there were only the 4 of us and the 2 servers left. Chelsea and Meredith were so friendly. We enjoyed talking and visiting with them about their family-owned restaurant, asking about each flavor of ice -cream they served. What you see in these take out dishes is only the 2 scoop size!! I highly recommend this restaurant. So very glad we visited!!

I started with a salad with the Bistro dressing. Salad was fresh dressing is sweet. My wife started with the cheesey potato broccoli soup and she liked that. I got the Roast Beef Bistro melt and that was pretty good. My wife got the Philly cheese Steak and she liked that. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area. The food was amazing and the service even better. Try the new england clam chowder if it’s available. It’s a bit different than traditional and was really delicious! Finish with a treat from the dessert case. I’d recommend the peanutbutter cup brownie.
