The best garlic fries I’ve ever had, and we lived close to the garlic capital of the world! The service was top-notch, and the food was fantastic! The sandwiches don’t come with sides, which we found odd, but the prices were reasonable. We ordered the garlic fries to go with our catfish and chicken sandwiches, and were so glad we did. Everything was delicious, and our server and the manager checked on us often. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a tasty Bloody Mary and a Top Shelf Margarita, which were great! We’re in town to get repairs to our motorhome. If we are still here in a couple of days, we’ll be sure to return. This place is the bomb! It was so good, we went back again. The Philly Cheese Steak was awesome, but this time we had to ask for more of the garlic sauce on our fries. It may have been a different cook. Our bartender, BJ, took great care of us, and we enjoyed visiting with the other folks at the bar. We love the no F-bombs sign. There’s nothing like trying to enjoy a meal with folks using foul language.

Service was great, we had Mia for our waitress. The burgers came out quickly and just way we ordered them. Fries were incorrect, she noticed and took them back and brought back the correct ones not long after. Overall, completely happy.

I love the atmosphere. It was sort of a fun, relaxed atmosphere. All of the employees were well trained, they smiled, they were attentive and invited us to come back. This was my first time there. We ordered the hamburger and chili cheese fries. The hamburger was “old fashioned glory”. It was cooked well. I was not a big fan of the chili on the French fries, but the fries were really good. My granddaughter is younger and she goes just for the chili cheese fries. They have an assortment of wings, tacos etc. Actually their menu is bigger than I expected. As far as pricing, you can’t beat it. My hamburger was $5.99. plus taxes.
They have tables, booths, a bar, big screen televisions. You can even see inside the kitchen. We will be back again.

Ordered a Buffalo Fried Chicken wrap and a kid’s grilled cheese meal. The wrap wasn’t bad, but I did not taste the Buffalo, so it was not spicy in the slightest. Kind of disappointed in that aspect and I thought it was overpriced. I paid $16 for it and I don’t believe the value of the food provided is worth what they are charging. The grill cheese was okay, nothing to brag about.

Newer place in Nac. Great little icehouse sort of feel to it. There are daily, lunch, happy hour and event specials. Outdoor stage for live music. Pool table is level and clean. Lots of screens for sports events.

I went in with my husband and son on a Monday night. We were seated and told our waitress would be with us momentarily. There were at least 5 waitstaff around and several tables around us were greeted and brought food or other requests. We waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to take our order or even acknowledge us. Three waitstaff worked on changing the channel for a table next to us to watch a game. We eventually left without anyone noticing. Very disappointed.

We booked a retirement party on 6/28 – Friday for a special friend. The manager on duty was amazing!! Hands down. Lucas was accommodating, attentive, and empathetic to our needs. We had planned the party weeks in advanced and they said we would be on the patio, which was absolutely fine. However, upon arrival, we saw that there was no air conditioning on the patio, and there were flies everywhere as well. Lucas moved us inside without hesitation. The food was phenomenal. The cocktails need great work.
But there was a 3rd server that came outside with our servers before we were moved inside out of the Texas heat, saying – ‘the person that called said the patio would be great.’
I’m the person that called. She was instigating and should be fired or refrained from speaking to customers if she’s not going to help improve the situation. She didn’t introduce herself, and I ignored that comment, and I ignored her (reminder, this is deep red east texas). We had senior Americans in attendance. That 3rd instigating server is the reason why there’s a missing star in this review.

Make this short and sweet, Saturday night met a friend at the bat had drinks, ordered food, finished and waited for the check. For 20 minutes I’m looking around trying to get the waitress to notice I’m ready to tab out and pay. Paid the tab, and tip, walk out the door. The manager stops us as we are pulling out of the parkng lot to tell us he comped both of our meals because he noticed we were not that enthralled with the service. Didnt expect that but thank you. Everyone has an off day. I go the next day for lunch and getting my food was not the issue. Now getting any condiments or extra napkins never happened. I watched the waitress go by the table infront of me twice after I had gotten my food, but never looked my way. I got up, told the manager this is twice in 2 days that the service was subpar, and walked out.

We have been going to Bottle Cap Alley for 4 years and the food and service have always been very good.
We ate there on Thursday 9/18/25 and the food was horrible. My husband and I both ordered the Smash Burger with fries. The burger was cold, you could tell the meat patty was previously cooked and the fries were burnt. When our waitress asked how everything was my husband told her it was terrible but she said nothing and walked off.
We were very disappointed and will not be back!!

I haven’t had a bad meal here yet! This time I got a chicken sandwich from the lunch menu and it was huge! The customer service is awesome and the atmosphere is top notch. My only warning is that on the regular menu entries don’t have any sides. If you get fries or another side it’s a totally separate charge and is not as cheap as other places. Other than that I would highly recommend this restaurant.
