Really great burger bar! Good Texas wagyu meat with an organiv grass-fed option, wonderful pretzel buns, and honestly the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had.

Also, the portions aren’t egregiously large so one burger per person is perfect.

Only wish is if they maybe had a smash burger option cause the extra crust on the patties would make for a great contrast to the soft pretzel buns they serve.

My husband and i stopped by here for lunch, the service was pretty good and it didn’t take long for our food to come out, it wasn’t that busy for a lunch hour. We didn’t care too much for the burgers or fries, there was no flavor to either and the burgers were really greasy and the patties were undercooked. Seemed like a neat little spot but we probably wouldn’t return and stick with our usual burger places. Best of luck to them though

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is fairly small and a bit cramped, but the burgers are worth it. I had a Shroom in da Room burger and although I learned that I was not a big fan of goat cheese, the burger was excellent! My wife had The Benchmark burger and enjoyed it very much. The Fries are AWESOME! It was a bit crowded when we got there but we placed our order and it didn’t take too long to get a table and the food came out quicker than I thought it would. Staff were very friendly which helped make this a great experience. I highly recommend Both Hands Burger Bar!!!

Went with a large group for lunch. All but one of us felt the food was sub par. The both hands name doesn’t fit the burgers. Paying 14 dollars for a burger and then extra for fries to get a patty probably 1/4lb that did not even cover the diameter of the bun. I had the reaper burger and there was no spice at all on the burger. I enjoyed the goat cheese and crispy bacon. But could not tell there was Carolina reaper anything on there. The shishito peppers still had the stems on them which wasnt pleasant to bite into. Bent and chairs were uncomfortable. I will say the sweet potatoe fries were really good. Probably wouldn’t go back any time soon.

If you find yourself anywhere near Both Hands Burger Bar, here’s the hard truth: there are zero vegetarian or vegan options. None. Not even a sneaky black bean burger hiding in the corner.

Which makes it objectively hilarious that I’m writing this review as a vegetarian.

That said — credit where credit is due.

The owner, Roeh, is clearly a passionate businessman who believes deeply in what he’s doing. He’s all in on eliminating seed oils and doing things his way. I respect that. We may not align on plant-based living, but conviction matters. He has his beliefs, I have mine. To each his own.

Now… the meat-eaters in your group? They absolutely will love it.

The burgers were described as rich, flavorful, and cooked just right. The ingredients tasted intentional, not generic. You could tell there’s thought behind how everything is sourced and prepared. No shortcuts, no phoning it in.

So yes — as a vegetarian, I personally had nothing to order. But as someone who appreciates passion, quality, and people who stand firmly behind their product, I can still say this place is doing something right.

If you’re a meat burger person, Both Hands Burger Bar is worth the stop. And I’ll add this — I’d happily grab a drink, sit outside, and just watch the steady stream of people trying to figure out how to open the front door. It’s oddly entertaining and somehow fits the historic vibe.

Tried out this new spot about 2 weeks ago! Had the BenchMark. The beef patty thick and juicy. Good thing it is being hugged by two pretzel buns. The buns are not hard at all. The calamari was tender and the sauce it came with it was on spot. Great hamburger establishment. Only thing is the seating is a bit cramp.

Burgers are good, with a good selection of options on the menu. There’s also a bar with a good selection of options to choose from as well. The inside is good, its a historic building in comfort with its own hisorical marker. Overall this is a good restaurant and bar.
