I had an amazing experience at this establishment. The service was exquisite from all employees and especially from Janna who would be my choice for employee of the month. Although the food was not a 5 star the service and atmosphere more than made up for it. I would definitely come back again.

Our server Janna was extremely polite and helpful. She was very welcoming to our party and gave us great suggestions on what to eat as we are not avid Boston pizza visitors. Boston Pizza is always my go-to spot for a great hangout! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious food. The service is always top-notch, and Muskan is the best server—friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything is perfect. The menu has a great variety, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. Whether it’s for a casual night out or a get-together with friends, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Best BP location around, not only with bowling available next door but this establishment from the owners to the servers are top notch. We were in for Superbowl and the whole staff was great start to finish. New chicken burger is a must stay on the menu going forward. Seems as if most of the complaints towards this place revolve around the delivery services and you cant fault the restuarant for that part. Will definetly be back again!

Loved the sporty ambience of the place. The server was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. I love pizza here more than most other places in Metro Vancouver. The topping was good and the pizza sauce was delicious. I took chicken pizza with honey garlic sauce and loved it. Chicken tender strips were also good, we took it with poutine fries on the side.

First time to this location for Christmas Eve dinner. The atmosphere was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff also very friendly especially our server Mr. Chris P. He gave us a very good and attentive service. Thank you Chris.
Their food were very good, tasty and delicious. I have ordered a full rack of Honey Garlic Pork Rib which includes of 1 side and coleslaw. I ordered the mashed potatoes as my side and it is so yummy and smooth texture. My two children ordered their pizza (Meateor & Carbonara). My two children loved it. May going back again next time. Highly recommend this place. Price is okay not too expensive, affordable price.

I had such a fantastic experience thanks to our server, Amanda. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She checked in at all the right times without ever feeling intrusive, and she genuinely made us feel taken care of.
Amanda knew the menu inside and out—her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted it. Her positive energy and friendly personality honestly made the whole visit so much better. It’s rare to have someone who not only does their job well but clearly loves what they do, and it absolutely shows.
If you’re going to Boston Pizza, ask for Amanda. She’ll turn a regular dinner into an awesome experience.

Yesterday was my second time at this location.
I will preface my review by saying I worked for Boston pizza as a server for 5 years. There are certain foods that I still absolutely love and crave from Boston pizza.
My boyfriend and I arrived and were stuck behind some man and the hostess was helping him with something and no manager nor server came to help for some time. I would say we were waiting in line to be seated for at least 5 minutes but fairly sure it was longer.
restaurant was fairly busy. Not sure how many servers were working, at least 2 and 2 workers behind the bar I believe? Only one host. Tables seemed fairly dirty. When my bf and I left there were 3 around us that were dirty although one next to us they only just left. Music was loud ish but could still chat.
Service: nothing special. Took some time to be seated, and she did get us waters and our order taken quickly. checked on us after one bite and then near the end as she took payment for the table next to us asked if we were still good and refilled our waters just after that. This was basically at the end of our meal. She had a lot of tables though and was very busy at that time so very understandable.
Food: our triple play was decent, not a ton of sauce on our bandera bread which normally makes the cheese extra gooey but it was quite dry. Flavours are fine but just really missed more of the Italian dressing base.
My food was not very good. I got the Thai chicken wrap with grilled chicken no noodles add cucumbers. I had only taken one bite when she checked on us so I hadn’t noticed at the time but they forgot to put the mayo,onions, and cilantro in my wrap. I find this really changes the flavour (especially the onions) and unfortunately only having Thai sauce made it drip everywhere on my plate, I pulled the wrap apart and only ate the chicken for my 2nd half. Was also very disappointing to see that they basically use a bagged lettuce mix for the Thai wrap. It was so watery with the iceberg lettuce and normally chopped leaf lettuce is used. Just the mix, with cucumber and sauced meat was in my wrap and with it lacking the mayo and the iceberg lettuce mix it was very watery and unsatisfying.
As I said, it was busy, it already took a long time for us to get our food in the first place once the order was in and by the time I’d noticed about my wrap we had already had our food for some time and didn’t think I’d get replacement food in a timely manner. I just snacked on our appetizer more and ate the meat only out of the other half of my wrap.
I honestly don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again anytime soon as my last meal before (cannot recall what it was but was also one of my usuals) was disappointing as well. It sucks to know you love a certain food and pick certain foods as your staples especially when you’ve worked there, and to be so disappointed when you eat it. These are foods I still currently crave and I very rarely go to Boston pizza so of course I pick my favourites. I will probably switch to getting pizza only from this location if I decide to come back.

The food here is always very good, but what really makes this restaurant worth returning to are the experiences and connections you get with the staff. The team is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. As a regular at this BP, I’m happy to say the service and quality have been excellent—no complaints!
