Definitely has changed over the years and not for better. Food was what you would expect, fresh and tasty. The service was very slow and the overall atmosphere was very subdued and quiet. Turn the tvs up, or the music up enough that we can’t hear the staff talk about how slow and quiet it is.

The staff here are phenomenal. I took my son in for dinner to celebrate my birthday and had a medical emergency arise, they went above and beyond to help me. It was the most embarrassing experience to have in public and they were nothing but kind. I forget the manager’s name, but she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped and supported me

Oh boy BP, how you have changed. Used to be my favourite go to restaurant for some pasta, pizza and salad. Now I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially the BP in Trenton. Belleville locations service and atmosphere is better in my opinion. Since they renovated, it’s a cold atmosphere in there, not as cozy as it used to be. Nothing on the walls. Just super simple and no colour. Makes the restaurant loud and echoes. When we arrived for our lunch yesterday, a blonde hostess didn’t even smile at us, just said “for 4?” In a miserable voice and walked away where we assumed we follow her to a seat. She took us to a booth which we didnt get an option whether we wanted a table or booth (we were the only guests other than another man eating a table) and she sits us right beside him. We have a toddler. He seemed annoyed. Sorry sir. Not sure why she sat us right beside you when there was a whole open restaurant. Also put us right beside the drink machine, the last place you sit guests when a restaurant is full, it wasn’t. Didn’t ask if we wanted a highchair so we had to wait for her to come back so we could ask which we could never find her. Then when we did get the highchair, our toddler didn’t want to sit in it until she had her food so she sat beside us. The waitress asked us twice if she could take it away. Umm no, we need it for when we have our meal (which sat under the heat lamp for obviously a long time) while she was busy I guess. The food was mediocre at best. My pasta wasnt freshly cooked as the noodles were hard and crispy. The sauce had barely any flavour. The Caesar salad was gross, dressing was watery.
She finally give us the bill, we say debit, she gives us the machine and walks away. She never came back so we got up to leave. Both her and the hostess are standing near the door and didn’t say a word to us as we leave. Haha great customer service BP! We definitely won’t be back. Do better. And train your staff to smile once in awhile a smile goes a long way. And would have made our experience better right off the hop.

LOVE $5 drafts!! Food is typical for any of these types of places. The only challenge this location has is that the staff don’t seem to be trained on customer service skills – some one comes to the bar – sure you’re busy but make eye contact, say hello – acknowledge! Let us know you see us and will be with us in a second, do not leave us feeling like a shunned outcast hoping to get served, especially when it’s not even busy. A smile goes a long way.

I ordered food for work and it wasn’t ready on time and it took a while for any one to even acknowledge me. When they did they were all friendly.

All of our meals were hot, fresh and delicious. Our server I think named Jordan was friendly and efficient. We will be eating there again soon.

Show up to pick up some wings on a Friday evening. Place turned out to be relatively dead and it took 5-7 min for the server to notice my presence. After picking up food, realizing they forgot the ranch dipping sauce and I wasn’t going back amid bad weather. Severely overpriced wings, wouldn’t recommend…..

Purchased the sweet heat chicken burger, which was unfortunately unavailable. Received a different chicken burger with very overcooked ingredients. It was not inedible, but it was quite disappointing to not have a nice lunch. To be fair, we did order a large amount of food (larger workplace), but it was still a pretty sad let-down.
Sub. burger was lettuce, tomato, bacon, Thai chili, and fried chicken on a brioche bun. I don’t advise it unless it’s less cooked.

We hosted our kids football team dinner there. We had about 20 people +/-. The food took a long time to get, missed orders, my bill had other peoples drinks on it and meals. It was however a fun atmosphere to be in.

I was confused whether they gave me the right order. I thought they gave me someone else’s leftover. It looked like someone ate half. (You be the judge). I don’t know if it’s the packaging issue but it didn’t look good. I called to confirm and he said it was the right food. I did not drop it or tilt the package on the way to the house. The worst part of it, the food was cold. I’m not from this town, this doesn’t happen in Toronto. I was very disappointed with BP, they should do better job. Don’t waste your money.
