I have noticed my issues were also shared by a lot of other folks on this thread.
We were seated and provided menus with only a few words spoken by the waitress. We then waited >20 more minutes for ANYONE to come back to our table. During this time we were not offered drinks, asked about orders, etc – as a matter of fact no members of staff could be found throughout the entire eating area.
Once we placed our order it was a relatively short wait for the food – thankfully. The food was absolutely splendid which really saved this review.
Since this is a chain, the food experience will be similar at a different location – so go there. You may actually get servers who care

Stopped in to have happy hour drinks and a pizza . Pizza was really good, we ordered the meteor. Server was super friendly along with the Manager! Never disappointed !!

I had the honour and opportunity to meet the Kitchen Manager – Mr. Mohamed Karim to thank him and his team for the amazing delegate work they did. The food taste, and quality which was served with professionalism and taking care of the details. chapeau team!
The staff was very nice and friendly. The lady (I wish I remembered her name) which was serving us was very decent and understanding what is hospitality means. Everyone else were nice too.
The restaurant was very clean and there was a young lady doing some deep cleaning too. The washrooms were clean, changing table is available. Special menu for the kids with colouring pencils, toys, and high chairs are available.
Very good place for families, friends, and business meals.
Everything was amazing as usual. It’s one of my family’s favourite places.
For sure I will visit this place again and again.

The food is excellent. I ordered the grilled chicken Quesada and garden salad. I love their garden salad. The service was awesome. I will return. The manager, Heather is totally awesome. She helped me with a gift card. She could have said go home and do it online. But no she went above and beyond helping me figure it out.

I don’t normally send reviews. But I think this Boston Pizza location deserves credit where credit is due. I have a lot of food allergies, making it very difficult to eat out. But as a mom with little kids, sometimes I don’t feel like cooking. Boston pizza, (Pembina location in particular) does an outstanding job with allergies and I have now been a few times, and every time they do an amazing job. Our most recent visit, we had Hannah as our server and she was the best! She was welcoming, made my kids and I laugh, and was so attentive to my allergies. Double checked ingredients on a few questions I had. The food was so good. I hope this gets back to all the staff that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we had some of the best service I have ever had.
