My boys and I were headed to Lego Land the next day and we got in late. They were starving and wanted to try Boston Market. We walked in 5 minutes to close. The staff that were there told us right away that they had a limited selection so close to close and apologized profusely, but they rolled out the RED CARPET. They only had meat loaf, but my boys LOVE meatloaf, they piled the food so high we could not finish it and had to roll our selves out. The staff took great care of us, then the manger showed up and came over and apologized that they didn’t have a lot left at 7:55 at night bringing us cookies. It has been a few months since our trip and was reminded to leave this review because they mentioned last night how awesome their experience was. When you go on a guys vacation for 3 days to hit Lego Land and months later they remember Boston Market treating them like Kings! Well Done! Thanks for being a part of making the trip amazing!

You can tell that they were short staffed, but the three gentleman that were working worked very hard to make sure that we were happy, the food was delicious and the customer service was on point. It was my visiting parents first time eating at a Boston market and overall they were very pleased, and they are not pleased easily. Good job to the new manager Mostafa priding himself on the customer service of his workers.

Terrible…. I had not been to a Boston Market for many years. I was very excited to eat lunch (12:30 in the afternoon) as their food was always delicious. We pulled up and noticed there were no customers inside. We thought the inside may be closed. Nope, they were open (should have been a warning). When we approached the counter, the young man quickly begins with what they are out of. The list was long and extensive. It would have been quicker for him to tell us what they had. I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The white gravy was so chunky and skimmed over, it looked to have been there over night. The meatloaf was not fresh and literally tasted like it was warmed up from the day or two days prior. Extremely dry and crunchy (crunchy meatloaf!) The rolls/corn bread were cold as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. The whole time we were there, this place had zero customers (at lunch time on a Saturday!). Stay away from here. You will regret going!!!

It really couldn’t have gotten much worse. I went into the restaurant yesterday for lunch. Upon entering I noticed the place was Messy disorganized and didn’t look very clean. Looking at the steam table all the sides look very tired dried out and not very appetizing since I was there I decided to have lunch because a few months ago I had a lunch there and it was quite good and I thought this might be good today it wasn’t. I ordered a half a chicken with two sides got the cornbread mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken was so bad I had to send it back it was dry and it obviously past its prime the cashier was courteous and got me another meal only this time the chicken was not only dry it was cold. At that point I figured why bother nobody there cares about serving good food why should I make the effort. The mashed potatoes were hot and tasty the corn tasted like a regular steam table corn they’re quote-unquote famous cornbread was gritty stale and had a granular aspect that reminded me of chewing on sand. I would say this place is very tired years beyond a facelift, a remodel and the concept well it’s long out of date. in summary this is a poorly run poorly organized facility with substandard management and staff, the fixtures are tired and need to be replaced or remodeled I would generally recommend avoiding this place.

While they have delicious food, it was a long wait and a high price to pay for completely cold food. I mean, we took our food straight to the table, I washed my hands and started eating, but the food wasn’t even slightly warm. I thought about saying something, but I was too hungry to bother because I hadn’t eaten all day. If not, I would have spoken up, but I just crossed my fingers that I wouldn’t get sick and ate anyway. Not worth it for cold food.

We have mixed feelings about this location. Online ordering is not the best and they block some options that are allowed only by calling in the order. While calling in the order you will be on hold for sometime while listening to someone playing games in the background claiming they have other guests. All though the food is some what great. They lack customer service and on how to handle issues. But they make sure to offer you a brownie to make up for it, which is not near enough for their mishaps. We would like to say thank you to the manager for trying to cover for the mistakes. Perhaps they could use more training in customers service. The restaurant seemed clean upon entering but we did not hang around long to get great detail. In our opinion we will not be returning based on the quality of service we where given.

Came through driveway thru, want a meatloaf dinner for my elderly mom. I ask for cream spinach they didn’t have ask for sweet potato casserole they didn’t have, I can’t even remember which side I went with. Once I got to window to pay, I paid as I watch 4 young workers play around with food, as I’m watching I see the boy putting food in containers drops the meatloaf, all four of them started laughing, then pick the drop meatloaf off floor and put it in the container and look over to window when he seen me watching he tells the boy at the window there was no more meatloaf but the boy told me hold on he thinks there more went to the heating draw at bottom nothing was there. Then the young manager come from back and tell them it’s some in back, at this point I don’t want I ask for the manager to come over to window so the boy tells her she looks and went back to back. He comes and try to refund me, and I said I ask for the manager. She comes over to window and when I ask her name she said why? I asked her to write her name down for me she wouldn’t. I told her about to boy putting the drop meat back into the container she was laughing. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

My experience with this particular restaurant has been less than stellar. I came in on a Wednesday night and was promptly informed by an employee that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken. I thought rotisserie chicken was Boston Market’s bread and butter. I don’t think I should have to wait 25 minutes for a menu item that’s basically this franchise’s “star of the show”. When the chicken was finally ready, I placed my order and was told that the medium size cups don’t have lids. I settled on getting large. I would’ve thought for the inconvenience they would’ve charged me for medium and allow me to have a large… no dice. Since my order was to go, I was surprise there was no cornbread in my bag when I got home. Weirdly enough when I was placing my order through the Boston Market app, It explained that cornbread was no extra charge and came complementary with the meal. It’ll be a while before I come back… If at all.
