This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered online for delivery, the whole thing was a mess. Sodas missing, meatloaf black af, none of the sides were what I ordered, rice raw, and burnt “nuggets” and cornbread.Who tf orders 4 sides of Mac and cheese? So I call the store the two that answer sounded blunted out their minds. The one guys says we didn’t have anything, so your answer is just to give me whatever? Dinner ruined, waiting for a refund, that will probably ever come. PLEASE stay away from this place.

I work in the area and was super hungry today. I stopped by this establishment to get some food. It did not disappoint the chicken as well seasoned with the garlic and a mashed potatoes and veggies go well with it. I’ll be back! The employees working in the store had great customer service and even gave me extra hot sauce Lol

I was lucky enough to pick up my order from William tonight! He was extremely friendly, kind and accommodating. If more people were like him when it comes to communicating, the world would probably be a better place.

Staff were fast and friendly but completely screwed up my order. With only two customers in the building it should have been easy. I ordered 1/4 chicken dark. They gave me white instead and it was old, dried out and tough. It should have been thrown out rather than served to a customer.

The one thing a chicken place should get right is the chicken–especially for $10, I should have got a delicious piece of tender rotisserie chicken instead of a tough piece of shoe leather that had been sitting around for who knows how long. This is easily the worst meal I ever received from a Boston Market.

I saw the bad reviews and decided to give them a chance anyway–big mistake! Don’t waste your money at this location. Go somewhere else.

They can’t be serious. I spent $40 ordering from this location on doordash and half my order didn’t come and what did come was trash. PLEASE JUST CLOSE THE STORE.

– I paid $5 for chicken noodle soup which was all broth, some carrots and celery, 4 noodles and literally no chicken. None.

– the “chicken Cobb salad” was some hot lettuce and chicken… no cheese, no corn salsa, no dressing.. just wilted, hot lettuce in a steamy bowl w some chicken

– I ordered chicken bowl with rice and chicken and vegetables and gravy.. I got a container of vegetables and chicken.. no gravy. No rice. So I still had to cook rice and heat up gravy at home which completely defeated the purpose of “ordering out”

– I thought that at least the chicken pot pie was safe because how can you mess that up, right? WRONG. I stuck my fork in the center of the pie and there was no crust, it was literally dough in the center so I wound up having to put that in the oven to cook fully.

I should have known better than to order from here because of the last 2 times I ordered from here, once my chicken pot pie didn’t have a single piece of chicken and the second time, the order got cancelled by the store 30 minutes after I ordered (I guess that’s how long it took them to realize they didn’t have the ingredients?)

They take absolutely no pride in giving the customer quality food or even remotely what they pay for. This is not only a waste of money but also time because you still have to cook items and replace things they don’t send. I thought the Clifton heights location was bad because they sometimes left things off the order but this place here has literally not one redeeming quality.

I don’t know the last time I actually ate from Boston Market. This location has to be the worst. Where is the higher management. You can’t blame it on the employees for never having food. Having to cancel Doordash deliveries, having to call customer to replace almost everything they ordered…Why not make items unavailable on website ? Instead, come to pick up food to find out, “yeah basically we don’t have anything for this order”. It’s not sometimes, its 95% of the time.

I’ve been here twice and both times they’ve been out of or nearly out of chicken and most sides. Meatloaf hard and dry as a rock, cornbread you could use as a mallet, and Mac n cheese salty enough to pay a Roman for 10 months work. I used to love Boston Market as a kid, but either they changed or I had terrible taste.

I will say the workers at this location are really friendly though. It’s not their fault, and they’re doing the best with what they have (which isn’t, apparently, mashed potatoes, sauces, or good food). The steamed broccoli was surprisingly okay. Hope these folks can move onto a better job sometime soon and that this location gets replaced by an Indian restaurant, which SE Delco sorely needs.

The employees are just rude! No one had on a hair net. No one had on gloves. No one had on a mask. The girl at the register was on her phone the entire time and cursing the entire time. My food was cold. The cornbread was even more cold. They don’t say please or thank you they just plopped my bag of food down and made eye contact. It’s really unfortunate that this is how our black youth are being taught to behave in a professional setting. I will make a corporate complaint and I will never come back here. Don’t waste your money.

The servings appear small. They did not seem to be able to serve the baby back rib as advertised. They then replace it with the very small portion chicken meal. Will not visit again.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I went it took forever to even order because the cashier did not know how to input the order. I paid for extra cornbread only to realize that I didn’t receive the extra cornbread or the cornbread that was included with my orders. On my second visit I stood at the counter waiting for the cashier to look up from her phone to take my order. When she finally looked up she didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting and proceeded to scroll on her phone. A few moments later she finally asked if I was ready to order. After I got home I realized she put my order in completely wrong and the food was so salty it was inedible and I had to throw it away. The cornbread was also rock hard as if it was old. I will not be returning to this location.
