Going straight to the point. The mash & corn were luke warm. The chicken was actually really good. Feel right off the bone, and I had the sweet thai garlic flavor. I was a nice mix of sweet and hot. Now, the disappointment was this thing they called cornbread. I would have never served this to a customer. The fact that they had no vegetables was disappointing enough. This thing they called cornbread was horrible, and the sad part is they all looked like this (see photo). I would have thrown them away and just made another batch. This is why they are only getting the 2 stars, the sides, and this cornbread. About the flavor of the cornbread. It was really dense. It had no real flavor, and it was solidly mushy. It was disgusting . So would I go back to this Boston Market, yeah, but I would only get chicken and ask for white bread or a bun… lolol oh, and no, it was not worth the $15

I decided to visit Boston Market I went straight to the bathroom and the lady in the front was nasty the time was 4:15pm on 6/17/23. There was 2 ladies. I let her know I was going to purchase a meal. Moving foward I said ok then fix the meal . I try to let her know what I wanted she said abruptly you have to pay. I was surprise why that attitude. I let her know as I was walking out of your store that she was nasty. I am insulted on why do you let people work in your store with such behaviors.

The employees were nice but that’s just about it the corn bread was bad I know they usually were good but cold and medium cooked. The mac and cheese was bland. The mash potatoes tasted boxed made used to taste different. Chicken was okay.

They charged ten bucks for a quarter dark chicken only but it look smaller than a 1/4. lol. They also are charging for any side order too. The good old days are gone. No wonder there are hardly any customers at this franchise. They’re servings less for more money. That was more of a kid meal for $13 bucks. What a shame.

Nice place to eat but their salad is ok, the lettuce needs to be fresh. I went in lunch time and the garbage can was full but people will come more and more. Yes, Time for lunch, they need to clean up the place a little bit.

Ordered the chicken with ribs combo, the ribs taste like it was from the night before, it was cook to the point it tasted like cardboard not the falling off the bone like I’m use to, the chicken was bland… it wasn’t a good eating experience, I hope they do better because I love BM food.
