I grew up eating Boston Pizza but since I live out of state, I haven’t eaten their food in over 20 years. It was a treat to try them again after so long. The call-in order was ready in 20 minutes on a Saturday at noon. (My mom says lunch is the only way to go, as Boston is just too packed at supper.)

Place is dirty, pizza is never cooked right, super greasy, the young guys making the pizza are rude and are always on their phone. The Steak specials are not even ribeye, some tough meat, chicken kabob sandwiches smell funny, the quality has dropped. Restrooms, GROSS!!! These owners are terrible, no delivery. This place was good maybe 15 years ago not so much now. If you like Boston pizza make the 12 minutes drive to the one in Lemoore, I believe they are the original owners. The one in Lemoore is also dirty but the pizza is always good.

I have always eaten at Boston over the years and have always enjoyed their pizza, but today I had a bad experience with them, we called in an order and went within the 30 minutes they told us and when we got there was told they had just given our order way to the customer before us because they had the same name, and then told us we’d have to wait another 30 minutes to remake our order. They didn’t even offer any apologies or a discount but they also gave the customer before us the wrong order

If no stars was an option they’d get it. Pizza was cold and GREASY! It fell apart completely as we lifted the slices. A soggy tragedy. My photos show the amount of moister that was on the bottom of the pizza. That they could even serve this to someone is beyond me. My family didn’t even bother to eat it. It was insulting.

So disappointed. Ordered a extra large pepperoni because the fam was craving a saucey,cheesey Boston House pizza.Opened the box to a half blackened burnt pizza. When I called and spoke to Tracey the manager on duty she responded with “Oh, I’m sorry I must have been in the bathroom” that’s how that sad burnt pizza got past her. Wow,really! My husband responded to that by saying “What do you expect, it’s a bunch of kids working there”. Umm,even my 9 year old knows what burned food looks like. Guess we’ll be sticking to Me n Ed’s from now on!
