Tonight we ate at Bosphorus Gyros & Kebabs and it was so delicious!! Great flavor, large portions, and the owner was so friendly. We ordered the combination platter for two and had some leftovers. Highly recommend!! They are open at their current location through the next week and then will be closed for a few weeks to relocate downtown. Go support this small business!

The 1 star rating is because overall our experience here was very, very underwhelming. Several menu items we attempted to order were 86’d… Which I understand happens, but it’s a small menu, with many items having the same ingredients, but just slight variations.
When our food came out, we ate it right away, but it was cold and lacked flavor. I was excited to try the hot tomato sauce .. but v8 would have been better with some chalula added to it. My hummus dish came with a few tiny feta cheese sprinkles, 1 tiny tomato slice and 1 black olive.
I don’t plan on going back as there are dozens of restaurants in Mankato I’d rather eat at and spend my money on.

Great food. Full of flavor and made to order so you know it’s fresh and warm. Staff treats you like family and make sure you’re taken care of. Definitely worth the a try, you won’t be disappointed or leaving hungry.

Update: Every time we visit it is consistently delicious and the owner is hardworking and so friendly! I would give this place 6 stars if I could! (Our new favorite dish is the kabob combination for one; Chicken, Beef and Gyro meat; pictured)

The kababs and gyros were good- came with one slice of tomato and onions on lettuce with fries or rice. The fries were hot and the fry seasoning is great!
There were two employees working and one group ordered before us and 2 after. They were working hard but took about 30 mins for our food to come and when we asked for cups of water, we received 1/2 full cups of room temp water. The whole restaurant seems to prioritize takeout (only bottled beverages, minimalist interior, takeout orders took 15-20 mins and came out first). It was HOT in the restaurant (no separation between kitchen and dining area).
Overall decent- maybe just order ahead and eat outside or at home.

This Gyro Pita was delicious. I had stopped at a gyro place by the University the last ime I was here and there’s was very dry. This restaurant gave me both a delicious gyro and fries! I ate in and was given gyro sauce and catsup to use as desired. I will definitely be back!

Kevin’s weren’t even on a stick just tossed on the side, lettuce or salad not sure what it is was old browned out lettuce w nothing in it and the gyros meat was dry, not sure if it’s old or that processed

We dined in and were not at all dissatisfied. The menu was very accommodating. Something for everyone. I got the sampler for one and there was enough food for two meals for me. All of the chicken, steak and lamb was seasoned perfectly. The rice was delicious. We had been looking for gyros that were good in town and this was not only good… but it’s our go to place now. Prices were very well!!
