Authentic Mexican dishes and melt-in-your-mouth waffles ! It’s a WIN every time we eat here! The only difficult thing you’ll face is choosing what dish to eat. Get Bo’s Sweet Cinnamon Latte to-go for a treat in your way out! Best Eggs Benedict around and Chilequiles are made to perfection! Clean, friendly staff, great portions!

A seriously delicious local country diner up in Thousand Oaks. I drove up specifically for Bo’s from West LA and was happy that I made the trip. It’s in a lot sleepier part of town compared to where I am from so it was nice to have easy parking and no wait lines. They have a free parking lot out front and outback plus street parking so it will never be an issue finding a spot. Inside is quite small, but there are a lot of tables and the service is fast so I would guess that they turn quickly. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out lightning fast. I also thought the coffee was particularly good and was especially strong.

For our meal, we chose the California Omelette, which was terrific and was a very large sized portion as well as a Small Dutch Baby and a Belgian Waffle. The Dutch Baby was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but still great in flavor and the waffle was fantastic. Honestly, one of the best waffles I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area and would put it on my list of great Valley diners.

Wow I have to say that was one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in a long time. I was getting tires next door, stop by for some breakfast , and got the house breakfast burrito, each ingredient was fresh and very tasty flavorful, but proportions were dead on, not too much of one thing, all from one end of the burrito to the other. Watching all the blue collar workers come in and grab food told me that I was in a place that I probably wasn’t going to regret, I’ll definitely drive out of my way to go over and pick up food again.

What a great spot! I stopped in for breakfast and had the California Omelette with beans. It was really good. The staff was very kind and service was fantastic and we loved the old school setting. Felt very small town and cozy. Definitely coming back!!

Basic breakfast spot that feels like a favorite local hangout but very disappointed experience here. Paying $21 before tip for 3 pancakes, 2 eggs and burnt coffee is too much to handle. Also clearing the table after I went to the bathroom and wasn’t finished with my coffee and water (had put napkins on top of them) is a major red flag. Cannot recommend but understand if it has its admirers and hope it improves its service.

The food took a long time to come out which was very surprising considering everything I requested, I did not get. The coffee was very watery and didn’t really even taste very much like coffee. Also over medium eggs were under cooked and watery and the hash browns and bacon were not well done as asked. The hash browns mostly were undercooked and very oily and the bacon was definitely not crispy. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes if our food would be done properly. Also paying almost $50 for poorly made food just doesn’t work for us. Fortunately, we have regular places we go to for breakfast that have great food. Hopefully they make sure to do better for others.

This was my first time trying Bo’s and everything we tried was good. We ordered the Waffle Chicken, Eggs Benedict, Country style Benedict, and the Sweet Cream Latte. Sadly, the waffle was still a little doughy in the middle. Otherwise, the edges were very crispy. It did feel like the food took a bit long to come out even though the place was pretty slow. Overall, I liked the experience and the food.

came in on a rainy saturday morning with my girlfriend to have breakfast. we wanted to try a different spot than our usual go-to’s and found this place, which looked pretty good! we were sat very quickly and our drink orders were taken and arrived shortly afterward. they have a pretty big menu and everything looked delicious and prices are very reasonable. i landed on their biscuits and gravy as well as some fruit and your usual breakfast items (eggs, sausage etc) and my partner had the denver scramble with potatoes and toast. my single & only complaint is that it did take awhile for food to arrive to the table, especially when it didn’t seem like they were too busy. nonetheless we both thought our respective dishes were delicious, and we will absolutely be returning to try the waffles, crepes as well as the chilaquiles and other mexican items they offer up.

I adore this restaurant! The ambiance is very relaxed and the customer service is top-of-the-line. My food always comes out super hot and fresh! Please take the opportunity to visit and support this small business
Unfortunately, I live too far or I would be here every single day.

We were looking for a vegan breakfast restaurant in Thousand Oaks. With a lot of doubt, we walked in to this omelette place this morning and asked the waiter if they have a vegan dish. He suggested a vegetable stir fry with potatoes & avocado, so we set down and had their great coffee while our “not on the menu” food was getting ready. They served us a nice portion veggie-n-potatoes dish, nicely decorated with avocado slices on top. From the first bite it was like heaven. This was the BEST stir fry we ever had. Service was friendly and warm, and it was very clear they tried to please us with our special request. We’ll come back to this great breakfast place for more vegan food from heaven!
