I love Boonsong Thai ❤️ The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is kind. All of the noodle dishes are amazing and consistently delicious. They are always willing to accommodate any food allergies too!

This restaurant is wonderful and worth the trip. The staff is so friendly and nice, and knowledgeable. They have a separate gluten free fryer and separate gluten free kitchen, as the owner’s daughter has celiac disease.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals and the staff recommended we try the sticky rice and mung bean custard, which was also very tasty.

Garbage. We ordered in and were supremely disappointed. Tom Yum soup was salty and bland. Tofu Tod was soggy. Steamed dumplings were overpriced and my wife spit out the first bite ($10.95!!). Lad Na was supposed to be a noodle dish, but instead we got brown soup with coalesced noodles stuck to the bottom (gross!!). We didn’t even touch the Panang Curry – it had separated in the container with watery stuff on the bottom. Had to order from somewhere else as everything from Boonsong went in the garbage. Overpriced ($70+), bland and gross – a trifecta!

It was a rare day off on Tuesday, so my family and I went to this Thai restaurant in the north of Bloomfield for a meal. I have to say that the food was very delicious, the owner was very friendly, and the whole dining process was very pleasant. The same beef noodles and duck rice, the Thai style is completely different from the Chinese style I usually eat, but both are delicious. If I have the chance, I will come again.

Top notch food and service. Very friendly. Greatly accommodating, came with my partner who is celiac and my sister who is vegan and they thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended! Will be back for some khao Soi after having some delicious satay, yellow curry, egg noodles, and sticky rice!

Was in the mood for Thai food and ordered the lunch special of the chili rice and shrimp L6. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. The food was ready and I paid. When I dug in, the food was delicious! I just wish they put more shrimp in the dish.

I ordered the Thai rice and paid $3 extra for extra egg. This is what I got, not even enough egg without the extra charge, no scallions, nothing just a whole lot of rice, decent amount of chicken, little onions or anything else. Super bland.

I can’t rave about this place enough. It’s the best Thai food on the east coast. They have options for everyone. This includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free. The veggies are fresh and the mains are always prepared perfectly. Boonsong is a must go anytime you’re nearby.
