There’s this awesome bartender at this place named Leah. She’s 7 ft tall. One time I saw her dive out in front of the oncoming train out front to save one of the barn cats. Mad crazy. Anyway, come here to see her. She makes a mean cocktail!!!

Love the friendly service and quick response from our Highly qualified Bar Manager/ Bartender/waitress/ Pizza Maker / inventory keeper/ house keeper and puke cleaner/ not trying to forget babysitter and most known for ” keeper of the bacon”…. Leah Hornsby!! It’s just doesn’t get any better than this ..she truly completes that this whole place. Thanks for all your hard work leah and fast and friendly service with all your customers. A hidden gem only a short drive from Des Moines. Cozy atmosphere, with amazing wait staff. There is a restaurant attached but I have not frequented that yet.
