We stopped here on a whim and it was great! Lots of menu options, and the staff were very friendly, even with our crazy 3 year old. Everything was very clean and the food came out hot (they even got the kids meals out early for us.) will definitely have to go back!

Today we went on a lunch date we checked in at this establishment today for the first time. The food was very good . I had a salad brussel sprout shavings was wonderful walnuts, cheese , salmon and cranberries. This place was done over beautiful and we had a great waitress set a sweet spirit an adorable young girl who is very attentive and kind . Thank you Erica for connecting with us and doing a wonderful job. We will return sometime .

I have been dying to try this place. Unfortunately, it was such a let down. My husband liked his burger; however, my meal was disgusting. I got the Cajun shrimp mac and cheese bowl. I understand Cajun is spicy but this was HOT. I couldn’t even eat it. The place is trying to be fancy with it’s menu and prices but I found nothing special about it.
We had a few martinis and they were amazing. I’d be back for the drinks but probably not the food. I can’t imagine how this has a 4.7 rating.

My husband and I found a brochure of this restaurant at the hotel we were staying at. It was between this place and another but the other was booked for the evening. Im so glad it was because we decided to go to Boondocks and it was a great decision. Pulling up it smelled so good outside like BBQ. We got some MD crab soup, a burger and some crab mac and cheese and it was sooo good. My husband isnt a big fan of mac and cheese and after trying mine said he wished he got some to go with his meal!
The atmosphere was very nice and I definitely feel like I could bring our whole family here. Our waitress was amazing and so funny. We had Jamie. My husband is a fish when it comes to drinks and he has a hard time keeping something to drink and Jamie and a couple others were on top of it. I dont think he ever had an empty glass for more than a minute or two.
The pricing wasnt bad either. I would recommend this place to anyone around!

I definitely recommend checking out Boondocks. I passed by it for years (maybe I was judging a book by it’s cover?) but the inside is absolutely wonderful.
You’d be missing out if you didn’t try the wings (you can get a new flavor for every 5 you order) and the crispy polenta appetizer.
Everything we had was delicious, and we will be back to try more. There’s also a nice bar tucked away from the restaurant portion that does a great job of separating two different vibes.
Ask what beers are on draft, there is more than the two they list on their menu.
The only reason I didn’t go for 5 stars is because the bathroom was awful. Gap in the very high doors, limited privacy. Sharp lock and no changing table.

This martini sampler is fantastic and clever. This one consisted of the May Flavors, which are hibiscus, lavender, and something else… but it was delectable. June ones are cotton candy, stores, and watermelon.
Great place to have some food and drinks in a chill atmosphere.

First time visiting the new place. It was nice and bright inside. The booth was a little high for this short girl… Next time we will opt for a table. The atmosphere was nice the service was good and we showed up pretty late, no one rushed us out. The food was good, my burger was a little overdone for medium but the flavor of the sauce was tasty! We will give it another try.

Sweet potato casserole, brussel sprouts, and the crab cake was perfect. The crab cake was actually amazing! Best I have found. Highly recommend. Finished with creme brulee. 5 Stars all around.
Hubby had the filet mignon with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, finishing up with the brulee as well. His typical “it was alright” traded up to “it was good” which translates to he enjoyed his choice as well.
Had to check this place out after discovering the lobster roll at the fair. Did not disappoint!
NYE Update: Same waitress! 🙂 Amazing NYE 2025 menu. Hubby had the crab stuffed flounder, I had the lobster and crab topped filet mignon, both were sooo good. First course, mushrooms for him, Champagne Lobster Bisque for me and I hope the Lobster Bisque is on their regular menu. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The restaurant, staff, and food are all 5 star!
