Best Thai restaurant I’ve ate at! I’ve tried so many and this one is the best! The paid Thai is amazing. They also can make it gluten free for those who have an allergy! Highly recommend! When dinning in the staff is also super friendly and good service.

Recommend: curry puff, drunken noodles
Ok: massaman curry, pad thai
Curry puff could be slightly flakier and have a stronger curry taste but the crust was nice and the potatoes had a lovely texture. Drunken noodles were good but had lots of raw beans sprouts on top. The shrimp were nice though
Massaman curry had an okay flavor but I was not about the peanuts or pineapple and the poor was tough.
Pad Thai had a distinct sour taste (potentially heavy on the tamarind)

Definitely my favorite Thai place in the area. I love their massaman curry and have had it multiple times, the flavor is consistently amazing. Their drinks are cheap and the butterfly pea tea is so good.

Boon Chu Thai is now under the new management, and it’s located at the old Spice Thai at 216 W. Ridge Pike in the Shoppers at Limerick.
It was my first time dining here, and I opted for a beef pho. It wasn’t the best broth I ever tasted, but it was above average. Some beef pieces were rather tough, but it was probably because they were well-done when they came out of the kitchen. I would’ve preferred rare round steak like most Pho Tai I had before. Also, rice noodles were thin like vermicelli instead of thin flat ones. The portion size was not too large.
Service was very good. I was the only one dining in, so I had the whole place to myself. I think it probably will be sometime before I come back here to try other dishes.
I was told that they’ll have a lunch special menu as well as the new website in the near future. I will welcome that.

I had chicken creamy Tom Yum soup and it was soooooo good!! I had many like many Tom Yum soup in my life. This one hits differently and it does hit the spot.
I also had the chicken Khao Soi. I had this curry back in Thailand and it tastes so much like it. Definitely recommend these two dishes. I’m coming back for other dishes for sure ☺️. Everything tasted exactly like what I had in Thailand.

I went there with family for lunch. We ordered the duck and basil sauce, fried snapper and white rice. The duck was overcooked as well as the snapper. They were both very difficult to eat as they were very hard. Would not recommend their food. There are other better options for if you would like to eat special Thai dishes, such as the fried snapper and duck.

Really good food. I usually come here for the pho but wanted to try something different today. I had the house Salad which comes with fried tofu and a peanut dressing. Really good. I then got the sweet and sour shrimp. Very tasty.

Next time I’ll try it medium because I like a little kick. But the flavor is INCREDIBLE.
And my wife is obsessed with papaya salad (very spicy) but you can customize the level of heat and she said they made it e-san style? Which is hard to find I guess? Will definitely be back.

Alittle dark in lighting, flavors were good not the most authentic, drunken noodles couldve used abit more flavor in my preference. Curry puffs were crispy but could use abit more meat pieces and curry flavor
