I’m not one to write reviews very often but I think today it is warranted.
My husband and I have been eating here for a little over two years now and we usually leave very happy.
I don’t know if today was an off day for the staff but it was not a pleasurable experience by any means.
We called to make a to-go order. I had to repeat my order to the server several times. A Wise Guy med rare ADD AN EGG. The egg being the only special customization.
The server told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. We did not get our food for about 30-45 minutes. My husband paid for the food and we left.
Silly me, I should have checked… there was no egg on my burger which is a massive disappointment when you live an hour away from the restaurant. I checked the ticket and the egg wasn’t even rang in as a customization… meaning that even after several times of repeating myself… it still wasn’t rang in correctly for the kitchen.
It just really sucks because we love this restaurant but it seems like there might be some room for improvement with new staff members.

First of all I am sad I can’t upload the great food here. We had the chicken wings and chips with bacon as starters. It was very very good although it’s typical American food but they outperform in quality from other ones.
Afterwards I took the green chilli burger with fries. They had the right heat and was also possible to eat without falling apart. I wanted medium rare and they absolutely nailed it.
Very juicy burger. The server was outstanding very nice welcoming and thoughtful. We had to change the table as we were a bit tight with table of 5.
I will definitely come back

I have been to this place a few times, and I would definitely recommend the hot streak burger and the sweet potato fries. The reason I’m writing the review is the place has added some advertisements for their products that are clearly AI and are both misspelled, incorrectly labeled, and sloppy. I’m all for the AI use, but it’s not very professional. Good portions and good food though!

Stopped here for lunch around noon on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and the gentleman behind the bar brought us water and took out drink order pretty quickly. Within 30 minutes the seating was full and the hostess area started to fill up. They appeared short staffed since there was only one server not including the bartender. The food was well prepared and really good. Overall a really good experience.

We got the The Oddsmaker burger with the Balsamic & Bleu Cheese Fries, Roasted Beet Salad and the Sure Bet Whiskey Sour. The burger was ordered to be medium-rare, but came out medium-well. My husband said it was just okay. The fries were good though. My salad was good too but so small, I couldn’t believe it. It was the size of a side salad! It came with a ton of dressing. Since the salad was so small I only used half of 1 ramekin. I was still hungry after finishing it which is a rare occurrence for me! The drink was horrible. I dont think they put any sour mix in it at all. It tasted like whiskey and an egg white only. The servers were friendly and attentive. Overall, I would not go back here or recommend anyone to go here.

best burger I’ve had in awhile!! the patties are massive and they have gluten free buns for me! I recommend the bookmaker or the teriyaki burger. the sweet potato fries are gluten free too! they also have tator tots and side salads so they have options. my boyfriend loves the whiskey selection, bartenders are super knowledgeable and talk him up every time. great cocktails too! I liked the ‘resting spritz face’

Food is not great, just ok. Its a little overpriced. But the what bothered us most was when the people at the table next to us left, the staff came over and sprayed the table with some kinda ammonia spray; spraying it in the direction of our table without any regard as he was chatting and laughing with another co-worker, not paying any attention to where the harsh chemical overstay was going. Overpriced, subpar food, lack of competent staff, and small tightly closed in atmosphere. Seating is closer together than a fast food resteraunt. 2 STARS.
