Very nice open floor plan. I like the fact that everything is like a booth with the picnic tables. The hot dogs were good I really like the Chicago I was expecting that. The chili one was nice and warm unexpected.

My fiancés band plays here frequently and its an incredible atmosphere and all around a good time. Good people, good food, good music! I’d most definitely recommend if you’re wanting to get out of the house and do something fun! Come hang out and listen to music!

Well worth the trip to Carbondale. We are always looking to try new places. Booby’s had great reviews on Google, so decided to take a ride down. The best sub/wraps in the area Hands down. All the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I chose the, It’s Giving Hummus and added smoked turkey and avocado to the wrap. Delicious flavors going on. We had amazing, friendly service. Looking forward to trying some of their other options.

I grew up in Carbondale and loved Booby’s as a kid and young adult. I was thrilled to see it back open while in town for a visit this week. My turkey sub was even better than I remembered! Highly recommend.

Ordered two sandwiches for dinner. They were ready in 10 minutes or so and both were excellent! I had The Firebird and my wife had a veggie sandwich add turkey on gluten free bread.

My husband and I recently went to this awesome restaurant & bar on the way to a weekend outing with a group. The sandwiches were so good that we went back the next day with our group! The service was great, and the friendliness was top-notch!

I’m sure it would’ve been good if I could’ve got some service. I walked in and sat at the bar. There were several people in there. No one looked at me. No one greeted me. No one asked me if I wanted anything so I left. Will not go back! They need to learn what customer service means.

Visited today for lunch and it was a very pleasant experience. Staff is kind and accommodating, and the sandwich was amazing (got the toasted Italian, just the way it comes). Service was quick and we enjoyed lunch in the biergarten on a beautiful day. I will now think to come here for lunch every time the weather is nice. The inside has a very chill vibe too though. Looking forward to my next visit and trying more sandwiches because there are so many to choose from, plus they invent unique daily specials!
