For lunch we found ourselves up on “the hilltop” in Madison and stopped at BoneYard Grill. It’s a burgers and wings joint with similar vibes to BW3s or Wings Etc.
Inside was quite colorful, with murals and TVs lining the walls. There was a special window to watch the cooks, and a bar in the back.
We ordered a few apps and small plates to share.
Bone-In wings, deep fried and sauced with Spicy Boneyard BBQ
Spicy Corn Nuggets
White Flag Flatbread (half)
The wings were nicely sized and had delicious crispy skin. Sauce was slightly spicy but not too hot. I liked ‘em.
The Spicy Corn Nuggets were cheesy, a little spicy, and really good.
The edges of the flatbread were crunchy but got soft in the middle. Toppings were good. I would order it again.
Our server did a great job anticipating our needs.
Would be a great place to catch a game!

I didnt order ribs because I cant eat mustard and the server stated she wasnt allowed to tell me if mustard was in the BBQ sauce. My boyfriend ordered ribs and stated the sauce was too overbearing. The ribs were supposed to be fall of the bone tender but the were not. He said they were OK. His broccoli and cauliflower were good. I ordered the breaded fish. The breading was so strong, I couldn’t taste the fish much. I didnt finish it. The green beans were full of strong sodium. The Mac & cheese was very good. Prolly wont be back.

Sitting in bar area with a group. Was ask to be quiet? 1030 on Fridays night. Ask to quiet down which we did because we were told there was a child. Never saw child. I get up to go to bathroom and lady dressed in black with pony tail and baseball hat tells me I have leave. Not sure why? I tell her fine after I go to bathroom. As I am leaving she shoves me in the back and tells me to get out? Still unclear as to why. In today’s world you cant put your hands on people. I will never go back to this place again. I will tell everyone that I know don’t go there.

First off this place has great vibes! Seating up front and in the back by the bar. My girlfriend n I were greeted when walked in and then again by our actual server once we sat down. Our server was quick and attentive. The food came out pretty fast for as packed as they were. We started off with their fried pickle fries, they tasted great. We both ordered wings. I had the bbq grilled and she had the buffalo fried both tasted great and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be coming back!

The food was delicious, best cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks. our burgers would thick and juicy, fries fresh and crispy! Our server was wonderful, very attentive and great personality.

I’ve visited many times and can recommend most of the menu but not the macaroni and cheese or especially the green beans. The baked potato side was very good as well as the steak and cooked perfectly!

Place looks great with plenty of seating. Menu has a variety of options to satisfy and BBQ fix.
Had the ribeye, cooked med-rare, but heavy handed with the salt. Seasoned fried was good. Homemade corn taste good, little sweet, only issues it’s soaked in butter and pools in the bottom.
Over all good place, I will visit to try out the burgers, they all sound delicious.

Very poor quality food. My rice was so hard that I couldn’t eat it and my macaroni was soupy. None of my food was hot. My appetizer came out cold as well. When I complained they put it in the microwave and gave it back. My chicken was like rubber and I could barely cut it. This was my first time dining here and I can say that I will not be back.

Food was good. Service was quick and responsive. Burger says medium but came out dry and well done which was depressing. Fries were good.
