If you have a sweet tooth like my family then I really recommend this place a lot. I recommend you try their mochi donuts especially since they have various flavors you can try!! And don’t get me started on their boba tea it’s very refreshing & delicious.Definitely come to this place in the afternoon around 12 because these donuts get sold QUICKLY!! Also the staff is very nice and very helpful so that’s a plus 100%!!

I don’t review alot but this interaction stood out to me, so I am going to highlight it. I work entirely too hard for my money to be barely acknowledged when I buy something. I l support small businesses as often as possible and wanted to give them a try. Between barely being acknowledged to the very mid-desert, won’t be going back. The mochi donuts from Costco taste better and will be hot

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Mochi Donuts & Boba Tea!

I visited Mochinut at 6129 Bergenline Ave, West New York, NJ and absolutely loved it! Their mochi donuts have the perfect crispy-chewy texture, and the matcha donut was especially delicious. The boba tea was fresh, flavorful, and the pearls were perfectly chewy.

Friendly staff, clean space, and great service. Definitely recommend—I’ll be returning soon!

I never leave reviews but this one I had to do. We have been to Mochiland before and have always enjoyed the mochi donuts as much as the bubble teas. No complaints there! Today was my daughter’s birthday and she asked if we could stop by and of course I said yes. The sweet girl behind the counter, Diana, took our order promptly and immediately saw my daughter’s birthday girl badge. She asked her how old she was turning and proceeded to give her a warm Happy Birthday and a free donut! I mean it when I say this small act of kindness made sure the day ended on a perfect note. I could not thank her enough and I hope Mochiland knows what an excellent individual they have working for them. Be sure to try them out if you are ever in the area. Between the donuts and the kind people working there you are sure to win!

The K-dogs are delicious!. The mochi donuts were good the cookies and cream is the best I didn’t like the guava. The boba drink could have used more brown sugar it was very plain. The staff is very friendly. A great new fun food place for WNY. The only thing its missing are seats and tables. There is no where to eat there is plenty of pace for tables and chairs inside and out. Please consider people trying to eat a kdog in one hand, and boba drink in the other. Can’t wipe mouth etc

First of all, I’d like to start by saying that I am an every day customer and sometimes twice a day at that. I go every single day and buy a milk tea. Well recently my daughter was hospitalized and we were there for a few days. My husband left to pick up some food and ofc my tea. He purchased my usual which is the milk tea and told the employee he will be right back after purchasing it as the food store was a few stores down but in the midst of him trying to get everything done quickly we had an emergency at the hospital which caused him to immediately drop everything and rush back to the hospital no questions asked. Well he forgot the drink and never went to pick it up. A few days later I go back and let the employee working there know what had happened and that he basically bought and paid for a drink and never picked it up. Well she ended up telling me that it wasn’t their problem because they made it and since no one ever claimed it they wasted product by throwing it out. I then asked to please speak to the manager because again as an everyday customer I was shocked and upset with the treatment as well as how the situation was being handled because AGAIN I paid for this drink and never got it. She went to “call the owner” and within 2 minutes another employee came out with my drink so I asked the first employee “are you sure? You dont need me to speak to the owner” she then went on to respond and publicly embarrass me in front of other customers letting me know that it was ok and yes she spoke to the owner and that the owner agreed with her and said IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM but to make the drink for me anyway?? Again, as an everyday customer I am just extremely shocked at how employees can treat customers like this and not understand or at least try to understand where they are coming from. I think after this, I will no longer be a everyday customer..

Your ube bubble tea was not ubae. It was shittae. I can only liken it to leftover cereal milk, with a tinge of what ube extract might smell like. The pistachio mochinut doesn’t taste like pistachio, just like sugar. I need more nut. Also, the miniature droplets of raspberry on the mochinut are so tiny that I don’t taste it. The service was just straight immaculate though, thanks.
