We dined at Bonefish Grill on Valentine’s Day and had a bit of a mixed experience.
To start, parking was incredibly limited and it took quite a while to find a spot. Thankfully, once we made it inside, we were seated quickly thanks to having a reservation, which we definitely recommend on a busy holiday.
It did take some time for our server to initially get to us, but when they did, they were very friendly and welcoming. Considering how packed the restaurant was, the food came out relatively quickly and it was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well prepared. The kitchen really did a fantastic job, especially given how busy the night was.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere and overall service flow left something to be desired. The restaurant was playing Christmas music in the background, which felt very out of place on Valentine’s Day. On top of that, one of the bus staff members was consistently sprinting through the dining room, flinging white sheets of paper onto tables as covers and running and jumping between guests to turn tables over quickly. While we understand the pressure of a busy holiday, it was very disruptive and made it difficult to relax and enjoy the moment.

just an okay dining experience here at bonefish. overall, the food was a bit above average, nothing too special. i really enjoyed the shrimp tacos and would definitely get them again in the future. prices were decent, could be a bit better. service was great..not super busy, which is a plus!

Had supper here on 10.12.2025 after visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame and was served by Kristy. Her recommendations for the soup, entrée and dessert were Spectacular and her service was Outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Canton and I will definitely eat here again the next time I visit Ohio. BRAVO and THANK YOU Kristy!!!

Today was a big disappointment at bonefish my wife and I stopped in there to have a little lunch and a couple glasses of wine. Our journey started off with a very inattentive bartender as we decided to sit at the bar because we thought it would be quicker the restaurant was not very busy at all. We ordered bang bang shrimp and a Caesar salad. It’s been about a year since I’ve had bang bang shrimp, which was always amazing and you could not get enough of that sauce that’s on there, Today I feel like we got fried shrimp with hardly any sauce on it. We asked for extra bang bang sauce and it tasted like mayonnaise. All of it was terrible tasting, the Caesar salad could’ve used a little more dressing. I usually don’t appreciate getting a salad with brown lettuce. It just was a very bad experience. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back to bonefish Grill just getting tired of these chain restaurants charging top dollar for substandard food. I’d rather find a local non chain restaurant Our bartender she needs to be a little bit more attentive to her guest and not worry about stocking the bar and all the prep work she needs to do. She needs to remember customers come first we had very little interaction with our bartender. She wasn’t unfriendly. She just wasn’t overly friendly. We had to wait to order a drink then we had to wait again to order food and we had to wait too long to get our bill. In all the years I’ve gone to bonefish Grill. I think this is probably only the second time that I’ve had a bad experience, but I felt compelled to write about it today because I feel like I wasted $50 today.

Loved Bonefish Grill. First time visiting. Great ambiance. Friendly server. My appetizer, Blackened Chicken Eggrolls, and my entree, Grilled Scallops and shrimp, tasted delicious. One of our company liked their fish. Unfortunately, my other company wasn’t pleased with his Chicken Marsala. It was dry and didn’t taste that good. Other than that hurdle, I would love to go back another time.

Took myself on a date a few weeks ago and stopped here for dinner and drinks before my movie. It was an early Wednesday evening, so it was quieter in the restaurant. Service was attentive but not too much so, and I enjoyed reading my book while I dined. My salmon was cooked well and the Smoked Old Fashioned was delicious. The street corn wasn’t for me, but that’s just personal preference. Overall a good experience, and I’m sure I’ll be back!

Seafood in a fine dining atmosphere. Our server was great! Love to Muna. The atmosphere is very nice. Quiet, casual, and good date setting. The food was fine. Mild flavoring. We tend to like more spicy food and seasoning, so we may have ordered the wrong things for our palate. It was well prepared and plated nicely. The only hiccups we had was I ordered rhe asparagus as a side dish. Apparently they ran out, so they just substituted broccoli. I can’t eat broccoli so we had to send that part back. Most places would ask you what you want as a substitution before serving you. Muna made it right. She was right on it. So it was all okay in the end, but for a finer dining experience, I would want to be asked before serving. I think for many diners this would be a wonderful dining experience.

When we ate here, everything was prepared perfectly — from the fresh bread & dipping sauce, to the bang bang shrimp, to our main entrees (seafood) and dessert. Most importantly, the staff is extremely friendly. When we once had a personal issue, they went out of their way to help us resolve it. I can’t thank them enough for their positive attitude.
