We are part of their dining reward program. We love their Wine pairing with foods. It’s a 5 ⭐ program. We do a lot of traveling and rate a lot of restaurants. This is the first for me to give a one star rating!! The reason is baiting customers on false advertisement!! So it caught our attention on Facebook and Google that they offer $5 margaritas and martinis all day on Mondays. So we checked on the internet to see if Bonefish in Myrtle Beach South Carolina offered that deal and it said it did. We arrived there Monday at 3:00 and asked the bartender if we can have two martinis at $5 dollars each. Bartender says they do not offer that deal?? I showed him the offer on the internet for that location stating $5 all day. Their location only offers $7 martinis & margaritas during Happy Hour so we walked out. It’s terrible to bait customers on false information, Advertisement. So I did my homework and checked different locations around United States: Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia. None of them offered all day Monday $5 martinis and margaritas!! They all told me $7 during Happy Hour only which those times did vary. Customers: Call your Bonefish location to verify their specials before going. Bonefish it would be less confusion if you would remove all day and $5. From your website. UPDATE to your response. Out of fairness to the public I will not go offline to discuss this issue as you asked. Please address and resolve this issue on line so the public know you really care about your customers!

This was our first time dining at the Bonefish Grill in North Myrtle. Great experience. We had a terrific server named Desaray. She was attentive’ bright and cheerful. She made so.e great suggestions for our meal. Definitely go back again

Great food, service, wine selection, and upscale ambiance. Try the brunch Creole Shrimp Eggs Benedict, any fish or seafood entree. Nuanced flavors in a non-rushed atmosphere.

Update went back for dinner, food was great. Server was great! Not a fan of the remodel of the restaurant but otherwise good experience! Went for lunch today, not busy at all. Very nice sized lunch portions and everything was good!

Best meal in my entire life. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food, but my meal was beyond fantastic; it was the Blackened Seared Ahi Tuna with two sides, Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, and seasoned Risotto. How juicy the Brussels Sprouts were was something I had never tasted on my palate before, it was like shocking waves throughout my mouth tons of different flavors. The risotto itself was flavored with coconut and paired with the ahi tuna, making everyone 10x better, melting in your mouth. The new manager was phenomenal and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. He told us the restaurant was down three waitresses and even still they were running perfectly.

I have been to this location several times. I believe, for a chain, they have some of the best food and service in the area. My wife and I had a reservation for 5:30 and arrived a few minutes before that. We were seated immediately in a 4-person booth. We were greeted within a minute or so by our server who took our drink orders and told us the nightly specials and features. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals and the server was timely, friendly, and attentive. We really enjoyed our evening.

Our wait staff pushed the food out too soon. People were in the middle of their appetizer. I had the cod special and the mix of shrimp on top had separated from to much cooking and heat. Another diners shrimp was oily. The checks were all messed up. The restaurant was not busy for an early evening of dining, so everything should have been better. Not Bonefish standard.

Absolutely, the worst dining experience ever. The gentleman that seated us must’ve been having a bad day or a bad life. He treated us rudely and his answers were short and laced with venom. The man(We learned he had been there for over 20 years) Was the worst server I had ever encountered. Not once was there an offer to refill any drinks never came back to ask how the food was and he was very slow even though the restaurant was not crowded at all. As for the food, fish and chips that I ordered had as much grease In it as an old bottle of wild root Hairdressing. We complained to the manager, and he told us how wonderful his staff was, and as he tried to convince us, we had a good meal, failing miserably. He did offer to comp our food and to do other things for us all of which I refused because I had no intentions of ever stepping foot into this establishment again. I paid for my food with a 10+ year old bonefish grill card that someone had given me and I can honestly say that the service and food this time is no better than it was those 10+ years ago that I was there.. never again. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Rocky start but a fantastic finish! My first call and greeting at the door were both a bit awkward. The man we spoke with never looked at us and was hard to understand. Then a petite lady behind him mumbled something. Common sense told us we should follow her to our table. It was a weird welcome. Thankfully, our server completely changed the tone.
She was amazing — articulate and thoughtful (even while wearing a mask, which usually makes it hard for my husband to hear). She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.
Perfect martini, extra points for finding our cucumber garnish! And the tuna — I’m from Hawaii and very picky — was absolutely phenomenal. Everything else was good but standard chain-restaurant fare, but that service and tuna? Five stars all the way.
