What a nice place!! Staff was super friendly and we got our food fairly quickly. Was nice and hot. I got the sampler, careful it’s a lot of food. Picture doesn’t do it justice. The garlic sauce for wings is amazing!! Don’t miss out on a chance to stop in and grab a bite to eat.

Let’s start with the service, it was on point. I wasn’t rushed when ordering, she was friendly and made sure I got what I ordered. The food is crazy good and I’m not sure how this works so I’ll do my best to explain some things. Firsts, I ordered the large which I thought referred to the amount of wings and drums I wanted (6 and 6) until I got home and my wife pulled a whole, grown chicken leg out of the box and we both laughed a bit because we didn’t realize they sold me a real leg! For the money I paid iw as more than happy because there was no way the two of us would finish all that food for lunch, so dinner was locked in too. I also tried their bulgogi and it took hit the mark! I’m telling y’all, this place gets dirty with the lights on and let’s the neighbors watch.

Came in to pick up my order last night (Sunday) so I can bring it to lunch tomorrow (Monday). When I came in, the employees are dismissive. When I asked when my order will be ready, the cashier said “idk honestly like maybe 10 min” …. Came home and wanted to try a few bites…. My chicken was extremely salty, almost inedible…. My pickled radish wasn’t pickled either… tasted like water that sat next to vinegar but no vinegar or sugar inside. My kimchi was the worst kimchi I’ve ever eaten… extremely soggy and sour, no crunch at all….. and then the cherry on top was eating the rice and it was sticky and thick, almost gummy. Then I looked at it and noticed it was the bottom of the rice pot…. They gave me OLD RICE. An Asian restaurant with no Asians in sight. Everything was terrible and I spent $30 on the food last night after telling my mom I was skeptical about eating out because you always know when an Asian restaurant is a hit or miss. This was the worst korean food I ever ate in my life. I came here when they first opened and it was really good….. now it’s just terrible. Another Korean restaurant down the drain after all the main employees leave. And the service …. Ridiculous… you’re at work, not school….. you’re not here to chat and make friends, you’re here to do your job…. (I also work in the food industry so personally I understand the dynamics of respecting the customer). After all, they’re the reason you’re getting paid….. in the first place …. Threw the chicken away because it was too salty and very late at night. No point in returning. I attached a photo of my gummy rice they gave me….. it was honestly so gross …. They wouldn’t eat the bottom of an old rice pot, so why give it to a customer? It’s nearly almost $5 for old rice …. They mixed it thinking I wouldn’t notice the burnt parts as if the gummy taste wasn’t enough ….

When this place first opened it was definitely a go-to. We haven’t been in months. I was extremely disappointed to pay $4.99 for this amount of fries. I know about inflation…we’re all feeling it, but I would have never ordered a stand alone order of fries if I had known this would be the amount.

Let me tell you, this was our first time dining in. Not only were they open on Christmas Day, the GM was the only person working. He still made sure the food was perfect! We ordered the 5 drumsticks, tteokbokki, steamed rice, and fries. It was perfect. Kudos to him for the outstanding job he did, cooking and taking orders. Thank you for the great experience.

The chicken was super salty and big. Cole slaw taste like old mayo. The girl at the counter was unpleasant. Will never eat there again. First time I had Bonchon was in Minnesota and it was excellent!!!!

So we ordered online because our previous visit took 20 minutes after placing our order. Online said it would take 10 minutes to be ready. Thought I would arrive and just pick it up, as the order was to be both my breakfast and lunch for my wife and I because we work a night shift. Arrive after 15 minutes, at 542. It’s not ready. The order tickets are scattered randomly on the table behind them. Watched the people cooking the food just throwing the boxes of food onto the window with no labeling. I know this because I watched the cashier opening and sniffing the food to try and determine if it was spicy or not. 20 minutes later, food was not ready. I have to go to work. The manager comes out and asks if everything is all right. I’ll be honest, I was extremely disappointed. I said I have to go to work, and I had ordered online. He says that half my order is still not ready. I told him just refund my order. I did not raise my voice or use profanity and I was told that it wasn’t his fault and to not take it out on him. Told that I could take what was ready and that he would refund what was missing. The person packing my order started looking for other things instead of handing me my order. I asked for a refund again and they finally gave me my order. Told there was a chicken sandwhich, korean tacos, fries and pot stickers in the bag and that all was missing was the two bao bun orders. On the way to work, manager calls and apoligizes for the mix up. Which was fine, but doesn’t really do anything for the right now. When we got to work, no chicken sandwhich. Call the manager back and inform him of this. I will commend him, he refunded the entire ticket and even offers a discount on future orders. And that’s a nice touch. While the food is delicious, if you’re in a hurry, I would try elsewhere. After the two times of disappointment, I won’t be going back, but, if you have time to spare I would recommend it overall. The food is tasty but I hope they start to label the boxes so the workers don’t have to sniff your food to determine if it’s spicy or not.
