We went to this Bonchon and ordered the Seoul Sampler, which came with potstickers, loaded fries and corn. We also had a fountain drink, which was self-serve. The corn was tasty and fresh, and the fries were loaded and soft. The combination of ent well with the fries. The chicken was crunchy, and the sauce was plentiful. The potstickers were good as well, they only came with four, but they were tasty. The sampler was enough to share between two of us.
Everything was very enjoyable. The staff was super helpful, especially since we avoid eating pork, and they were able to make arrangements for us without any issues. The place was clean, the service was great, and overall it was a really good experience.
I would definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be back.

Such incredibly disappointing food that I just couldn’t eat it and threw it away. Spent over $60 on three meals and all of the food was so terrible. Even the rice which is difficult to ruin was terrible and dry. The Korean Fried Chicken is not what I was expecting at all – super tiny, dry, and sauceless. The katsu was super dry and had weird sauce all over (not the normal katsu sauce). Tteobokki was very dry and sauceless but was the most edible out of all three options… Do not order from here.

I was excited for the chicken because of an order I had before, but instead was met with the most underwhelming, dry, bland, soggy and disappointing chicken I could’ve thought to get. For 30$ I definitely expected much and I mean MUCH better. The box it came in wasn’t even the regular white bonchon box that they give it in. It straight looks like a take out box that someone took the chicken home in, forgot it and brought it back to give. I normally don’t write this type of review or at all in general… but this straight sucked and makes me not want to get it anymore and this was legit my favorite… makes it worse that I ordered with people and the dinner was just ruined for pretty much everyone…

4/5 First time and I must say it was better than I expected. The chicken was really good and crispy. The cinnamon donut was nice, hot, and delicious. The only thing that I did not like was the prices and the sweet relish. The prices were on the expensive for my liking.

Absolutely amazing! Traveling through and landed upon this place called Bonchon and oh my! I guess it’s a staple for those here in the state of Virginia but it’s nothing like it in my home state. The service was also amazing! Upon walking in the door I was greeted with a smile and the gentleman who was helping me named Sergio was very professional. Being that it was my first time visiting the restaurant he was very helpful at explaining the various options to me. He displayed a level of patience that was unmatched. Thank you Sergio! The facility was clean and welcoming. The food didn’t take too long to arrive at my table and was piping hot! I can say this… I’ll be stopping here again before my visit is over that’s for sure!

We like Korean Fried Chicken, and this place is fine. Good location, chicken was juicy and tasty, clean and low frills restaurant, nice people. You’ll always have to wait for them to cook it with this style – don’t expect to have it sitting there like KFC. So wait the 10min and enjoy. Good convenient spot.

Delicious fried chicken and rice! This was my second time visiting and my mom’s first. We had the Korean BBQ chicken and the fried rice. Both were served hot and fresh. Sergio was very welcoming and patient in explaining the menu. We’ll definitely be back!
