Bon bones Rolled ice cream is the best thing ever. Seriously. It’s an unbelievably delicious frozen dessert that is made up of a mixture of cream, milk, sugar and pretty much any flavour you can dream of – the possibilities are endless. After being flash-frozen on a special metal pan, the mixture is rolled up into beautiful spirals and stacked vertically in a cup to serve. Additional toppings are optional, but highly recommended in our opinion. Caramel sauce, crushed biscuits or fresh fruit or berries.

We ordered the Cheesecake bites and Strawberries! The image doesn’t do it justice since we waited until getting home, but it is truly delicious!! The owner was super kind and recommended some of his seasonal flavors as well! But this one was perfect after our dinner! The strawberry flavor is sweet and paired so well with the cheesecake! Definitely coming back!

I stopped by Bonbons in Pflugerville and had the caramel biscotti rolled ice cream—and wow, it did not disappoint! The flavors were rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The shop itself was super clean, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the customer service was genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about the experience just as much as the treats. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors!

The absolutely best treat!!! I had the rose pistachio rolled ice cream with rosepetal jam. Absolutely perfect with delicately refreshing flavors. I was truly sad when my bowl was empty. Last, but certainly not least, the customer service went above and beyond! The owner even sent me home with a little bit of the rose jam when he heard how much I love it!

We discovered this ice cream shop way too late into our lease—now that we’ve moved, we still find ourselves talking about it and genuinely missing it! Our first time there we were greeted by who I believe may be the owner. He immediately helped us choose a flavor, even offering options that weren’t on the display sign. He was incredibly warm and friendly, taking the time to interact with my toddler and even offering him a free treat. Such a nice guy!
The ice cream itself is absolutely delicious and always fresh. You can see it being made.

First time to have rolled ice cream for us and 2 grandsons. Manu was so patient and helpful as everyone tried to figure out what to order. Then all of us enjoyed watching the process of making each roll. And it was delicious!! Thanks for helping out family have a fun and tasty experience!

I got pineapple with mango and it is amazing! My flavor was made with almost completely fresh fruit. Still sugary but lower glycemic index because it is whole fruit with the fiber. Basically, i can have it after having a roux-en-y gastric bypass as a special treat and not get sugar sick if I stay with fruit flavors. I love it! Sorry…. was eating before I thought about doing a review 🙂
Oh and it is spotless in here. Only one person working but he is pretty fast and it is fun watching him make the rolls
