I was visiting Bonanza Boilers for the first time, the spice was good, the size was acceptable due to the season. My only complaint was half of the crawfish were cold and all the crawfish was truly overcooked. I purchased four pounds of crawfish with 1corn and 4 small potatoes.

I love this place. The crawfish is clean and well cooked/seasoned. The crab is so yummy. Their sauce is spot on, and the daiquiris are perfect. They are always super friendly and quick to get you in and out. Thank you guys for keeping me satisfied. Yum!
