I ordered the half fries shrimp poboy and it was very tasty!
The shrimp itself isn’t seasoned at all far as I can tell, lacking some flavor compared to others I love. Don’t get me wrong though it is still delicious and jam-packed overflowing with shrimp.
The fries also very fresh and crispy.

I had the mixed gumbo. It had a little bit of spice and very tasty. My guy has the seafood combo po’boy which he enjoyed. A great experience for us.

I ordered take out for two half poyboys. I haven’t eaten here in years and so was looking forward to my seafood platter poyboy well….. cashier absolutely was the best and the atmosphere was great but went meet my for lunch after picking g up our poyboys and was so disappointed when I opened my half she ordered a crawfish poyboy and they gave me her other half. I know I was clear and he heard me correctly so I don’t know what happened, I did eat it though I was hungry but now I will have to check my bag before I leave every time i go to have lunch.

We had the chicken and sausage Cajun style gumbo. It was excellent! Dark and spicy roux done right. The atmosphere of the place was totally realistic Acadian. The staff is professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable. We will definitely eat here again next time we’re in New Iberia.
