Last time I will support this small business. Purchased whole beans to use in my espresso machine and liked them a while back. Went back to purchase beans again and they were out of house blend. I was in a hurry because the parking situation is atrocious in that strip mall and I parked illegally with my hazards blocking cars to run in, so I was in a hurry. I grabbed a flavored bag of beans on accident, I did have to leave in a hurry due to my car. I discovered they were flavored beans when I opened them. I promptly went back to ask if I could exchange them for house beans when they had more. I was met by two dumbfounded teenagers on not being able to do anything about it because the manager nor owner was present. Learn and train better customer service. You got my $18 this time, but not on rotation as I need more beans.

I have been coming to Bon Bon’s for many years. Coffee is always great and it’s fun to try something new on special occasions. Barristers are friendly and know how to make a person feel special. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Love that they remember your name when you visit often.

This is truly our place where “everybody knows our name” & it’s the quintessential “Luke’s Diner” for our family. We recently purchased two bags of beans to enjoy coffee at home and we visit this location weekly. We have very specific order requests and the baristas are kind to provide the service we ask for including an extra hot temperature.

This is usually my favorite place to do but everytime I got a strawberry mango smoothie there very inconsistent it could be good one day and next day not today I got it and asked for it to be blended extra and today it wasn’t and I saw a few big pieces of mango in it , and it was hard to drink and it wasn’t enjoyable

First time here. I have to say, my experience was very positive. I ordered a blueberry muffin and my own recipe for coffee. The coffee is good-but will be tweaking it next time so I can taste the coffee still. Not Bon Bons fault. I will update my review after I try the muffin. The inside is really cute.
Update: I needed the muffin as a prop in my video and then I ate it when I was done with that scene. The muffin tasted good. I’m interested in getting another one sometime.
Update! Trying the black cat coffee. It’s good! It tastes like a chocolate covered cherry. It was extra hot like I wanted. Move over Starbucks, I’ve got a better alternative. Thanks for mother’s day flower!

I ordered a med size, med black roast coffee. The girl then asks me after 29 seconds if I wanted cream and/or sugar. Uh miss barista black coffee means no additives. BLACK. While I get my coffee, I sit at the table and the next customer asks for black coffee, she then asks if she wanted cream or sugar. Evidently English comprehension was not her forte. I’ve had my coffee less than 60 seconds. It is COLD. YES COLD. I ask if they have a microwave to heat it up. She said no. She just made excuses why my coffee had gotten cold. This is horrible customer service. She offered nothing in return for my cold coffee, as if I should lucky to even get waited on. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.

I have been going for year but have recently gotten tired of the same things. They turn their ovens off at least 2 hours before they close so all you can get is cold food. AND if you order online they never give you utensils to use and don’t leave them out so you can easily grab one yourself. You have to ask EVERY time.

Good study work place. It does echo. Lots a little tables and some stools by the windows. Decent amount of power outlets by the walls. Has seasonal drinks that changes often. Good amount of Teas. Has good coffee as well. The best part is that they are opened late.
