Very disappointing takeout experience. I ordered off a delivery app and they accepted my order. There was a woman cleaning when I got there and no one else. She had to call in the cook, who arrived about 20 minutes later and made my food quickly. They had no system in place to actually monitor orders. The dish I got was very sweet and had some ingredients normally not found in Indian food. The rice seemed like it was old.

The chef really makes this place! She is so kind and talented- really takes pride in her cooking – very hospitable! Top notch, among the best Indian cuisine we have had.

New to the area and was looking for an Indian restaurant. Ordered the Fish Curry and Shrimp Tikka Masala with 4/6 spice level. I don’t do well with spicy… but I devoured the entire bowl. It was so good! A bit slow so we explored the shops while we waited. It was so worth the wait!

DO NOT ORDER. Worst food I’ve ever had in my life. I got delivery and the order took over an hour. The chicken korma was literally grilled chicken with a bunch of bones with bits of cashews on top – not kidding. It’s such a joke that I wanna laugh except since I paid $43 for my order, I forgot to laugh. The salad is a bunch of romaine, a whole onion, some cucumbers, and some tomatoes – dry with no vinegrette or any type of dressing. The mango lassi tastes like mango juice you can buy at a dollar general that is 2 years expired and you’re not sure if there’s even mango in it. Last but not least, the rice pudding, aka kheer, is literally cooked Biryani rice they threw into a bowl of milk with some spices. I know my Indian food…and I am honestly offended they call this Indian food. Please. Never order from this restaurant. For an hour wait and $43, I had hoped they would give me a decent meal since I am sick and really wanted something comforting. Instead, I received inedible food. Look at my pictures, it has to be a joke.

I ordered Butter chicken, white rice and garlic naan. I received a completely different curry, yellow rice with a long, black hair in it, and naan that tasted like dish soap. My boyfriend and I now both have food poisoning as well. Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this place!!

Wow. Where to start.
Our meal came to $45 and for what? For my chicken tikka masala, I feel like someone literally opened a couple of cans of tomatoe soup, poured it in, and added 6 chunks of chicken. Walla. The basmati rice was hard/dry. Like sucking the moisture out of my mouth dry.
As you can see from the pictures, we’re basically eating soup.
The only thing remotely editable was the Naan bread which was bottom tier at most because it wasnt soft and actually was thin and greasy (as you can see from the picture).
Literally the worst indian food I’ve ever tried to consume. In my life. Keyword try. We ended up throwing most of it away (down the deposal because it was liquid).

This place is awesome and Sue is the nicest person ever. We first had their amazing butter chicken about 2 weeks ago, and when we came back with a huge 8 party order she was able to deliver! It was so good even my pickiest child loved the food. And if you like spicy food they can definitely deliver on that front too. My husband ordered the Mango Lamb Curry and asked her to make it really spicy and it was honestly the first time I’ve seen him sweat from spicy food. We will definitely be back for more from this place!

We were a party of 8 who stopped by after normal lunch hour. One lady cook took our order and prepared some delicious meal of dhaal tadka (lenthils), biryani and tawa rotis. All served at right temp. We were on our way to ferry port and were on fixed schedule. Our host cum cook took care to get us food on time. Place is rustic but food is authentic, simple and delicious.

Pay no need to the negative reviews. Those people have no tongues nor humanity. The place does not look fancy. It does not have matching plates. It does not have fancy silverware. These things do not matter. One old woman made all the food, and it was some of the most delicious food i have ever had in my life. I will be thinking about this meal for decades. It was the definition of home cooked. I have never had something so flavorful and rich. It was a transcendent experience. If i lived here i would be here constantly.

If I could leave zero stars I would it truly looks like a scene from a horror film in there I was picking up food and there was thick dust on top of all surfaces within my eye view and looked like there had been no one in there in years also the food was placed inside of a dirty delivery bag that they were using as a heat lamp. There is no smell of fresh food or of cooking and the elderly woman just stared at me after I spoke to her and then minutes later decided to help me out. I truly don’t know how this place has passed food inspection and health inspection. I don’t usually leave bad reviews on places at all but this needs to be brought to people’s attention.
