We had a late lunch here today. We used to love getting Indian food in the East Village, but having moved to Brooklyn, we were looking for a great place as our go-to in the neighborhood.
It was amazing!
The food was way beyond our expectations. The service was attentive and friendly. Maybe there weren’t a million chili peppers hanging from the ceiling, but it was nice and quiet and just what we were looking for. Did I mention the food? I ate more than I meant to, and still had leftovers to take home.
We went for lunch, and the value was beyond belief. But I looked at the dinner menu, and the prices weren’t much higher.
If you are in the Bed-Stuy or Crown Heights areas, make this a must. If you love Indian food, you will love Bombay Grill!

A reliable neighborhood spot for Indian food. The curries are flavorful, portions are generous, and the naan is always warm. Service is friendly and efficient. Not fancy, but consistently satisfying when you’re craving Indian cuisine.

I keep forgetting to write a review but this is well needed. I ate from this Restaurant a few times and they food always been amazing quality, the rice was nice and fresh and im vegan so I got the vegetarian dish which was filling. The portions were very friendly as well. The owner and workers always friendly and treated me the same as any 4 or 5 star restaurant. They get a lot of deliveries to go but if you get a chance to sit down it’s almost perfect for any date night. Thanks again and whenever I’m in the area I will be stopping by

I just started working in the neighborhood and am so glad I found this place. The entree deal is amazing. I just wish they would add the samosa chatt and the paneer masala for veggie options. The veg vindaloo is super spicy and I can handle my spice…will be back.

Good experience! Service was very friendly. Constant stream of good music and videos. The food was pretty good. The Karahi Keema and the Lamb Biryani quite good. The spice levels were reasonable. The spices complemented the meal without overwhelming the flavor.

For lunch, l my favorite was the salmon tandoori.
This time, I got the lamb and it didn’t disappoint. Spicy, full of greens and well marinated.
