The chicken steam momos were really good, with generous quantity that’s perfect for two people and well worth the price.
We also tried the tandoori soya chaap, which was tasty and again a good portion for two.
Personally, I found it a little salty, but taste is always subjective and may vary for different palates.
The staff was nice and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. We’d love to explore more items from their menu in the future.
Definitely give them a try!
The tandoori chicken momos at Bombays Club are hands down the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted. The flavors are perfectly balanced — smoky, spicy, and bursting with freshness in every bite. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the skill in the preparation. The outer layer was crisp and tender at the same time, and the filling was juicy and packed with that amazing tandoori aroma
I recently visited this restaurant after a trip to Costco on Laird Drive, which is conveniently nearby. Craving some tandoori chicken, I came across this spot through a quick Google search and decided to give it a try for takeout.
I ordered half a tandoori chicken (spicy). According to the menu both on Google and inside the restaurant, the listed price was $17.99, which seemed fair.
However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was surprised—and honestly quite frustrated—to be charged $28.24 (after tax). When I questioned the price discrepancy, I was told the new price is $24.99, and that they “haven’t updated” their menu. Even more frustrating, when I had called earlier to confirm the order, no one mentioned any updated pricing. The in-store menu still showed $17.99, which felt deceptive.
I decided to let it go, hoping the food would make up for it—but unfortunately, it didn’t.
Despite requesting the chicken to be well-done, it was undercooked with raw masala and lacked any real flavor balance—spicy, but completely unsalted. The texture and cooking fell far short of what you’d expect from good tandoori chicken, which should be juicy inside with a nice char outside.
The only redeeming part of the meal was the green chutney and the generous portion of onion salad that came with it. Everything else was a letdown.
At $28+ for half a tandoori chicken, this felt completely overpriced—especially when you can get better quality at a proper dine-in Indian restaurant for less.
I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they address both the pricing honesty and food standards.
I’ve also ordered the goat curry and aloo Gobi. The goat curry was decent, but I wouldn’t call it great. Also, the aloo Gobi was not very good. I’ve had better at other restaurants.
I do like the atmosphere of this place the the workers were great.
If I come back again, I would order the butter chicken for sure.
