first time here and could already tell rightaway that they belong in my top 10 fave restaurants in Manila. Bom Gosto executes truffle dishes flawlessly and deliciously. highlight for me were the truffle pasta and the steak. very courteous staff as well and the table seating was well thought. a lot of families dine here on sundays and saw everyone were having good food and good time. will defo go back here with friends and family

The food is exceptionally good, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance is excellent. We ordered their filet mignon and beef risotto, along with the Spinach Croquetas, French onion soup, and the four-cheese pizza. Every dish was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We finished with the tiramisu, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. This place is highly recommended.

My wife and I had a late lunch at Bom Gosto – One Ayala this afternoon, and it turned out to be such a great experience. I went with the Spinach Croquettas, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Tiramisu (see photos), and honestly, every dish hit the right notes.
The service was just as impressive. Chef Jeddah and Ms. Ella were incredibly warm and attentive. Chef Jeddah even shared the story behind Bom Gosto and how the menu was created, which made the experience feel more personal. She also gave us recommendations, explaining her choices in detail, which really added to the meal.
By the time we finished the appetizer and entrée, we were already so full that we couldn’t touch the dessert right away. Chef Jeddah suggested we take a walk around the mall first and come back later, and true enough, when we returned, they served the Tiramisu along with coffee. It was the perfect ending.
Overall, we left full, happy, and already looking forward to coming back.

This was a dinner date with my asawa. We ordered French onion soup which we both thought needed basil and thyme added to it. Light and easy on our the stomachs a great start just add some flavor. My wife got Beef Risotto and was not a fan of the beef and sauce being on top and sauce mixed in with the rice. I tasted it and liked it, she in general is not a sauce person. Although she is sauce` in personalty ha ha.
I ordered Gordon Bleu, very well prepared and cooked to perfection it came with mashed potato and Caesar salad with cheery tomatoes also very good. I beileve this restaurant deserves more business and you should eat there and take your asawa shopping.

Food is delicious – we got the chicken and the set meal of truffle pasta and French onion soup. Peach iced tea was my least favorite.
Service was kind but we waited for almost an hour. I think they were understaffed and need better coordination. They initially served us two iced teas when we only ordered one.

Great selection of European dishes. The food was good. Services is ok, staff are nice. it took some time to have our food served but not so bad. What I liked the most about this place is the aesthetics. Nice decor, clean, and pleasing to the eye.

Good service and staff. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. They have pretty big servings. Although I personally feel that their ribeye is too expensive for what it’s worth. Place is clean and well kept. We’ll come back again next time!

I visited for a casual lunch. The interior was quiet, bright, and clean, and perhaps because it’s a new brand, the staff were fresh-faced and kind. Being located inside the One Ayala shopping mall is also a plus in terms of safety, and it makes a convenient meeting spot where you can go straight to a meal. We ordered the shrimp cream pasta, seafood pizza, and crispy chicken — all of them were high-quality and flavorful, especially for a lunch menu.

Fillet Mignon was perfectly cooked to my liking. My mom ordered the Herb Crusted Baramundi and she really liked that the fish was fresh and seasoned well. Flavors from the crust was good too. Their desserts are a must try! Specially the chocolate&textures. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. 🙂
