Very beautiful and clean restaurant, with a relaxing environment and super friendly waitstaff! The food was absolutely delicious, including the birria queso (they were able to take off the pico due to my allergies) which I forgot to take a picture of because we dug in immediately. I ordered the classic cheese enchiladas meal with queso blanco and it really hit the spot for me. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve never left a restaurant this happy. Every bite was a 10/10—from the addictive, smoky, warm salsa to the rice and beans. My husband ordered a variety of street tacos, and I had the quesabirria tacos. All of the meats were tender and well-seasoned. The quesabirria tacos tasted like a warm hug—rich, comforting, and absolutely unforgettable. Pure, decadent comfort food that would be especially lovely on a cold day!
Don’t even think about skipping dessert! The Tres Leches cake was hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly moist while still holding together beautifully, and paired amazingly with the jam.
The service was incredibly fast, and everyone was genuinely so kind and welcoming. If you’re in Denton and haven’t been here yet, I HIGHLY recommend it. I can’t wait to come back!

We took the opportunity to check out Boka Feliz during the coffee crawl event. I’d heard great reviews about them for years and it took me long enough to finally go! Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! They were the best stop on the Coffee Crawl, hands down. We stayed and ordered food. The tacos were dynamite, the whole menu looked SO enticing. The service was friendly and warm. My daughter said many times “they made a fan for good.” We will absolutely be back and will keep singing their praises. Finally found a Mexican food spot we were enthusiastic about. Well done!

Love that they have (delicious) breakfast tacos available all day. The red hot sauce is sooo good. My husband was obsessed with the cheese enchiladas and best Spanish rice he’d ever had. Bottomless chips and salsa – I loved the warm salsa, little to no cilantro which is great for me!

We had an amazing time here, not only was the food delicious, but the waitress we had was a sweetheart. My boyfriend and I were visiting from Berlin and were really looking forward to some Mexican cuisine. All in all fantastic, the meats could have been a little more seasoned/flavorful in my opinion. This is their 2nd location and is very conveniently located close to the square. They have plenty of parking and a easy kids menu. The food is just as good as their first location. We had their burritos this time, I have had the tacos and tortas as well. I highly recommend Boka Feliz!

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. I had al pastor tacos which were not the most flavorful, not the worst. I made it a taco plate and got rice and beans, but those had no flavor. I paid $15 +tax for my 5 yo to have a bean burrito, fruit, and a milk, which is wild. Got the white queso, also flavorless. My daughter ordered the loaded fries but it was potato wedges, which was weird. It was just a terrible tastedbud experience. I did enjoy my house margarita. I wouldn’t go back. There was no one there, which should have clued me in, but I trusted the reviews on Google.

Had four different tacos! The pineapple salsa is the best! The salsa for the chips comes out warmed up, not cold. I love that. Serving size is big, so you can definitely share a plate!
