Being the fan of BoBerry Biscuits that I am when I saw they were on the menu again I had to stop and grab some. These where honestly a little over baked but the patties were good and the icing mixed with the blueberry taste is almost always a great combination. The servers were fast and my meal was ready minutes after the order was placed. True to the BoJangles name.

I ordered the 3pc Bo’s chicken tender combo with fries and dirty rice. The chicken is fantastic! It’s well seasoned and breaded. The honey mustard is good, but I didn’t care for the Bojangles sauce. The bo-berry biscuit is amazing – tastes like a blueberry toaster strudel. Honestly, a stop is worth it just for the bo-berry biscuit.
The service was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. I would eat at this location again.

First time eating here. Workers were all very friendly creating warm atmosphere and helpful when asked about menu recommendations. Food was good too and I fully recommend trying the blueberry bojangles biscuits as a nice treat.

Went on Christmas eve and everyone was so kind and cheerful, even the Spurs fan. They got our food ready quickly and it was all very fresh. Even gave us some Christmas stickers. Favorite Bojangles I’ve been to!

The staff here are always friendly, with Maddie being a great example of that. Food is of good quality and is served up fast. I miss the Bojangles that closed up in Bowling Green.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! I have visited many Bojangles locations, and this one may have been the absolute best. The server was immensely friendly, the restaurant interior was clean and attractive, and the food was delicious. Even the customers eating inside were endlessly friendly. This Bojangles is a shining testament to the franchise as well as the town of Franklin. Go here to eat for good food, friendly service, and an enjoyable dining experience!

Damn…I recently visited Bojangles and tried their chicken sandwich and fries. While I had high hopes, my experience was rather mediocre. The chicken sandwich lacked the flavor and juiciness I was expecting. It felt somewhat dry, and the bun was slightly stale. Disappointingly, the fries were also underwhelming. They were lukewarm and lacked the crispy texture I prefer. I swear there was no salt. Overall, I found the meal to be average at best. It filled the hole but it really was a waste of space, calories and an appetite. 🙁
