Tried to come through drive through at 1015 they close at 11.. after sitting in the drive through for a few minutes with no response I rolled around to the window. They advised they had sandwiches. I asked if we could order anything else she advised no that was their late night menu. I get it they close in 45 minutes but to leave us sitting in the drive thru and then be rude when we pulled around. I’d rather you just tell me your closed 1/5 for me I won’t be back.

I called before I came and was told they have bone in chicken . So I drove 4 hours from a town in Ohio to ky just to get chicken and when I got here at 10 pm I was told they didn’t have any chicken because they close at 11pm. Instead I had to tenders because that’s all they had available.

I was given old/refried/reheated food. My fries were sooooo hard and stale that I can’t believe they had the audacity to sale them to me, the chicken was dry and old and the mashed potatoes taste like they had been sitting all day and they reheated them. See images. I used Uber to place my order around 9pm. I guess they gave me all the food they didn’t sell for the day and shorted me my chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese. The peach cobbler was a whole nasty/sugary mess. Simply unbelievable. They need the health department to inspect their food safety, as they must keep the same food all day and still use it to serve to customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. They would have been better off canceling my order and refunding me, knowing they didn’t have fresh food on hand to serve. See receipt and photo. And I still tipped the uber driver because this wasn’t her fault.

Every time we go in we get fresh food, it just so happens that we have ordered twice online and we have gotten old food chicken looks like it was reheated hard fries and the chicken was short 3 pieces cold slaw was spoiled and let not mention the cold Mac and cheese my daughter ended up throwing it up right after she eat it, I call and ask to speak to a manager who told me it’s DoorDash fault and that they can’t do anything about it.
I grow up eating bow jangles and I am also a chef so I know when my food is cold because the delivery time was long, but I also know when I am eating stale, old and reheated food.
I am so disappointed with this location and management.

Not all locations provide the same service. This location is great. Never had any issues on store or in the drive thru. Food is always hot, freshly prepared and delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious. My chicken was fresh, my fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. My biscuit was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back there again. I even called and told the manager how good the food was. Let’s face it everyone wants to complain if it’s cold but why not leave a good review when it’s great. I have not had better tasting chicken anywhere. Thank you Bojangles for making me the best meal ever.

The manager is awesome. The chicken sandwich is soooo good. Everybody there is smiling and polite. The best location I ever been at. They all deserve a bonus and maybe a few bucks more per hour. I’m not going to call other locations out because I still go there. But the other ones I go to, the people that work there are depressing, they don’t have a since of humor and ungrateful to work at a awesome luck spot. The ICE tee was fresh, still warm from the brew. Bojangles has the best ice tea in the fast food game. Fries was hot and they don’t over season them like the others. I mean i love the season, but too much is not a good thing. 10 stars out of 5!

This was our first time ever eating at Bojangles and we enjoyed our meal. We’re on vacation so we wanted breakfast at lunch time and we were excited to see that they offer breakfast all day. The food was really good and the price was reasonable. We especially enjoyed the Bo Berry biscuits that only cost $1.69 for 2 large biscuits (as of 9/15/21)! The only reason they lost a star was because the tables weren’t clean, even though it was obvious that they had been wiped down recently. The other issue was that the girl at the register wasn’t very friendly, although she was efficient at her job. Overall a very good experience and we will definitely go back!
