NO RECEIPT, I was told about an 9 piece i was only ordering biscuits and gravy, so when I paid extra for a side of rice now its gone from 12 to 20. I asked for my receipt, I guess she was out of paper. My order being just over 20. I just wanted what I paid for the biscuits for some reason not cut, gravy on one, two sides of a biscuit ans gravy. Now no receipt how do I fix this, no Toalk to bo needs a receipt, not one phone # works . The reply was so vapid a guess a bot does that. Time and money waisted $. Before I can get back my husband has to get home then im sure it won’t be easy to find. Why was this put in the bag in tbe 1st place, and called 9 anything? I want a human to call this is not customer service.

We love their chicken but, the service is lackluster. We ordered a family meal with some extras. They forgot to include our coleslaw. The girl at the window had the personality of a wet paper bag. I had to go through the process online to get a refund of the Cole slaw.

I would give “0” stars if i could. This bojangles has terrible service and food. Every time I come here to this location, it is alway something negative. Either they are out of bone in chicken which is ridiculous in itself. I am always served old, cold, hard as a rock, and bad tasting food at this location. I have never reviewed this place, though I should have already, but I tried it one last time today, and waited 15 min at the window for a chicken biscuit and take a bite and the chicken is old and hard as a rock. It’s like they gave me a chicken biscuit from early in the morning that sat there all day until they served me with it at 3:00 pm. If you do not want to cook fresh food and give customers biscuits that actually are fresh and have not sat there for over 8 hours, then don’t sell all day breakfast. Disgusting is all I can say and crazy to think we were waiting 15 minutes for our order, thinking that they were just making food fresh which was perfectly fine for us, just to sit and wait that long for old, cold, and nasty food. I go there just about every week, best Bojangles in Knoxville hands down there biscuits are great and the chicken tenders are great much better than KFC, Popeyes, Zaxby’s 5 star for sure, thank you

This is my go-to location and I generally have a good experience. On Sunday August 17 at 11:15 am, there was completely terrible customer service. It was obvious the staff were overwhelmed and customers can understand needing to wait a little longer. What I can’t understand is staff not acknowledging customers waiting in line for 15-20 minutes, and when I said something, no one made eye contact or said anything. I don’t even think that’s customer service training – acknowledging human beings and treating others how you’d like to be treated should be basic human behavior. Very disappointed in the staff here.
