Best experience ever. This was my husband and I first time and the food was hot and fresh. Shelly went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us twice. Brought us to go boxes after offering to box it up herself. Store was clean, and she fresh drinks on our way out.

I tried Bojanles for the first time! I have been driving by it over and over on my drive home from work so I decided to finally give it a shot. Not sure how the menu inside looks but the drive one barely has anything to choose from. I went with 10 or 12 piece
bo-bites. Like little chicken nugget chunks. I will never go there again the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way and the inside was nasty and I almost threw up when I had a one of these bites in my mouth! Cant explain the amount of disgusting that I tasted before I spit this thing out! Look at the picture tell me that looks good to eat huh?

Best Bojangles I have ever had. The biscuit was soft and fluffy with a buttery crisp outside. The eggs were also soft and fluffy and tasted rich and delicious. The cheese had actual flavor complimenting the buttery biscuit and the savory eggs perfectly. The cheese flavor was very noticeable offering a creamy velvety texture. I usually don’t like the hash rounds, but these were perfectly cooked to a crunchy crisp outside and a soft potato interior. Even the mountain dew tasted super fresh. The perfect crisp carbonated palate cleanser. I don’t know that there was any way that meal could have been better. Best breakfast I have had in years. The staff were extremely upbeat and professional. They seemed happy to be there. Great team of people there. It’s gonna be hard to NOT come back after that awesome experience.

Okay “pro tip” order the Chicken Supremes during the breakfast hours and they will cook them to order. It takes about 5 minutes but it’s worth it. They are butter tender. My favorite is the Chicken Supreme combo with coleslaw and a biscuit. Oh don’t forget the Creamy Buffalo sauce. There coleslaw is simple, but delicious. The slaw has a hint of sweetness just like mom used to make it. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

I live just down the street from this Bojangles on Strawberry Plains Pike, and I’m extremely disappointed—especially with how I was treated by the manager, Carrie. This was only my second visit, and it’ll likely be my last.

It was pouring rain, and I had a child and a dog in the car. I parked and placed a simple mobile order through the app to avoid making anyone get out in the storm for curbside. Once I paid, I went through the drive-thru to pick it up.

After first speaking to the automated system, I let the employee know I ordered through the app. I was shocked when she told me I had to come inside to get it—even though it was absolutely pouring and there wasn’t a single car in the drive-thru. I explained the situation, but she wouldn’t make an exception. I asked to cancel, but was told I had to do that through the app, which I couldn’t figure out since this was my first time using it.

I ended up parking and walking in. The order was already ready. When the employee asked if I still wanted it, I said yes, but I really would’ve appreciated being handed the bag at the window, especially under the circumstances. I asked who I spoke to at the speaker, and they told me it was their manager—Carrie—who had just gone to the back.

There was no line, no rush, no reason to be so inflexible. Just a complete lack of customer care and basic decency.

With all the negative reviews and bad talk around the neighborhood about this new location, Bojangles might want to seriously consider new management. What would Gary Vaynerchuk—who sits on Bojangles’ board—think about this kind of customer experience? This is not the way to build loyalty or community support. Bojangles should and can do better.

Horrible experience! When I first walked in, I was greeted by a manager yelling unnecessarily at her staff. Like what could they have done that bad to warrant all of that yelling? Then, to top it off, my biscuit was extremely burnt and black as sin. I will be contacting corporate.

Staff was less than helpful. Kid working the front didn’t say two words to us. We waited at least 7 minutes before someone took our order no one was in front of us. Got our food after waiting 15 minutes. Did not offer sauces or anything. Chicken fingers and biscuit was excellent but fries were not cooked enough.

First time there, and lived here whole life, but just not stopped in. Girl at front was very nice, and she did make some fresh coffee cause she said the other had been sitting, which I appreciated very much, but got home to a burnt sausage biscuit. Noone wants this. If they look like this, throw them out. Restaurant was nice enough, but heard a female employee in the back while waiting cussing like crazy. No one wants to heat that either. I would fire them on the spot for that. Alot could be improved.

Giving credit where credit is due. This place has been exceptional to ME! I’ve been several times and my order is always correct(it isn’t right half the time these days at other places) and hot/warm. I’ve never had a problem from staff/food/restroom. I will definitely be back!

Drive thru shouldn’t have the same person taking money and then touching my food, money is very dirty…
When I pay such a high price for 6 bo rounds I would like 6 not 5 and I’d like someone who hasn’t been handling money to get my food and use utensils to do so, the guy at the window got my bo rounds with his fingers.. Also with such high prices you should be able to put my order in a bag, I was just handed my biscuit and gravy out the window and when I mentioned a bag he attempted to hand me a napkin,,,,
Probably gonna go back to McDonald’s
