Food was okay at best. I have high standards when it comes to certain things and a biscuit is one of them. My bacon and cheese biscuit was fairly good but the biscuit itself was in puzzle like pieces. My heart shaped bo-berries were very nice looking but rather cold and hard. Not the worst I’ve had from Bojangles but definitely no where near middle of the pack. Oh yeah, and the ROBOT SUCKS!

Second time this week that I got a biscuit and cannot eat it because it is hard as a brick. I eat here multiple times per week, usually with no issues at all. And now all of a sudden I am just wasting my money because it’s not even edible.

This is fast food. My suggestion is need to figure out a solution for the drive thru in the mornings. There should be no reason one sits there for over 15 minutes waiting on food. It is this way numerous mornings Do better Bojangles. This is the number one reason we get going here.

Overall not terrible but I absolutely despise talking to a bot when making orders. Pepsi owns this brand and others like Taco Bell and think they are reaching for the future that NO ONE ASKED FOR!! P.s. this is the best of the best when it comes to bojangles, I’ll drive by the one In Jefferson City to come to this one! Orders are right and done in a orderly fashion 100% of the time here!

Went through the drive thru, The staff wasn’t welcoming, we originally wanted the 8 piece family meal, they said that they had NO sides, so we ordered a chicken sandwich and a 5 piece tender meal. The fries were clearly reheated and the biscuits were hard the chicken was actually pretty good. We were too tired to complain but will not visit that location again.

The thighs were still cooking and we got the last one. The food had a pleasant flavor. Everything is Cajun so it’s spiced. Just wanted you to know.

Our first time trying Bojangles. The chicken and biscuits were fresh and good! Also, the green beans had a smoky taste but good. Mac and cheese had set too long, Cajun pintos were interesting, mashed potatoes reminded us of Kentucky Fried.

Very friendly. Guessing it was just a bad biscuit day. Got me favorite ham biscuit and very crumbly and falling apart. Wore more of the biscuit than I ate. I don’t think this is common, but getting orders to go sometimes ain’t the best, since you don’t find out till to late.
