They have an AI running the drive thru. It got my blood pressure up. I’m pretty sure it’s part of SKYNET. All these machines will rise up one day. The food was great. Great service except that AI in the drive thru box. I don’t like it.

Nothing fresh. Bo bites tasted like they been fried twice already. Bo bites terrible, supremes more like sorries. Almost 30 bucks for the worst meal in bristol.

A coworker & I went for lunch. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered immediately & our food was ready in a few minutes – except my cole slaw. Apparently they had run out of cole slaw & the woman taking orders was not made aware. I selected green beans in place of the cole slaw & they were just okay. The chicken however was hot & crispy – quite yummy. Dirty rice was a tad mushy but had good flavor. The biscuit was warm & fresh & wonderful. I would like to mention we went for KFC the week before & I ordered the 2 piece meal at both restaurants. The amount of chicken meat was significantly greater on the drumstick & thigh from Bojangles. I would recommend this restaurant.

This was a great Bojangles experience! The Bo Bites we’re not greasy or oily at all, and we absolutely loved the french fries! This was the kind of fast food lunch that you had to throw the bag in the back of the vehicle before you eat every last morsel and make yourself uncomfortable.. lol

There we go! Now we’re back to the “new” bojangles where no one cares. Had to change my reaching 5 star review to a 1 star due to incompetence. He wanted to make sure i got my drink right but not my biscuit. Nastiest sausage egg and cheese biscuit ever! Took 1 bite and threw it in the trash. Biscuit was old and hard and the meat, what ever it was, was tough and cold as well

Stopped for breakfast sandwiches. Make sure to ask for egg on you biscuits. Tasted great either with or without. Clean building, pleasant staff.
