4 people working , no sense of urgency or Cold fries lukewarm chicken. Out of ketchup , ranch , honey mustard. Was not greeted or given a receipt. Watch handful a customers and every single one had to wait for 10 min plus .

I was passing through going back to nashville . Ill avoid coming here in the future.

I’m really bummed I don’t have a Bojangles in my town. We saw so many of these on our roadtrip, we finally had to try it.

I got the iced blueberry biscuit, Cajun chicken sandwich, Bo-tatos, and the peach honey pepper sauce. Oh just wow!
So delicious!!

Yes x20! Don’t walk, run to Bojangles!

Visited the last weekend of Nov 2025. Stopped in for the sweet potato pie. I’m from Canada and never had sweet potato pie before. Mentioned that to the girl at the till. They ended up giving me two! Because they’d never had a Canadian show up for sweet potato pie. Thank you, ladies!

I usually love this place! Their chicken is amazing, and it’s one of our go-to spots after groceries on Saturdays. The service is generally good, but last week’s experience was frustrating. We waited for 30 minutes for our order, only to find out it hadn’t even been prepared. The guy who took our order didn’t finish packing it because he assumed someone else would handle it—when it was clearly his responsibility.

My husband had to go to the counter to check, and fortunately, a guy (manager I think) stepped in and gave us a full refund, which I appreciated. While the food is great and the situation was resolved, that kind of service is unacceptable and needs improvement. I hope they address this issue to avoid future mix-ups.

First visit to a Bojangle’s, and it was great! We loved the chicken strips, and the fried chicken was tasty as well. It is great that you can get mashed potatoes and gravy, and the fries were excellent.

This is my first time eating at a Bojangles and I have to say it was amazing. Our server was really sweet. The packed and brought our food very quickly. I ate the 5-piece combo and my wife the wing and thigh. The dark meat was very moist and well breaded and fried. The fries were very crispy and flavourful. They are known for their butter biscuits and for a good reason. They taste great and they are very moist. All in all I love this place and recommend it. The only thing I was not a big fan of was the Pepsi products. I wish they had coke.

Honestly this is a good bojangles that’s why I give it 5 stars. You might have to wait a few minutes sometimes but the food is always hot and fresh. They messed up my order 1 time and they made sure to make it right! They even gave me extra food for the inconvenience. This place has to be under good management. If you want some good chicken and biscuits this is the place and oh yeah the breakfast is slept on its just as good to!
