Teenagers wanted to try somewhere they don’t have in our area, so we stopped in. The location was old, but it smelled good. The cashier was friendly and helpful.
Our food came out after a short wait, and overall was good. I won’t say it was all fresh, but it was edible. Honestly, I think my chicken sandwich would have been great if it hadn’t had an old patty. Even the old fries were tasty.

I came in for a bo chicken bowl and left disappointed. The employee working the register a short dark haired female was very polite and was working hard to get orders out the door. The guy who im guessing was the manger was insanly rude to her. He yelled at her and told her to only take 2 orders at a time. There was nobody in line but me at the time. He was slamming stuff everywhere and wasnt doing a whole lot but treating the employees poorly. Meanwhile the employee at the register still held a smile and worked through the stress. The guy with the glasses should not be a manger. He lacks the knowledge that your employees should be treated with respect. You are supposed to work together to achieve a goal of making customers satisfied while making sure your employees work safely and create a stress free environment to the best of your abilities. He lacked all of those goals. To the lady working the cash register “deborah” is the name on the receipt. Thank you and know that you were working hard.

I went drive thru and ordered chicken and biscuits with bo rounds. As we pulled up the manager was telling the crew to work better or something to that tune. Waited not long but it was just us and a car behind us. When we got the food everything was cold . No sauces that they asked us for were in the bag. Asked for no ice and they gave me ice in my sprite… not deal breaker but everything was off about that experience.

The employees here were very friendly. That’s where the positives of this place end. Super small portions, no different size options offered. The chicken on the sandwich was really thin and dry. First time we’ve been to one of these places but do yourself a favor and go to chick fil a or Popeyes.

1 day when there told me it would be 15 minutes, 45 minutes later, still didn’t have food today, I pulled up. And they told me to hold on a minute, said, okay, not a problem. 15 minutes later, nobody’s there they’re all standing in the lobby just talking never have a good experience at this place.It sucks the employees don’t care whoever owns it doesn’t care. And needs to be shut down, they should be embarrassed. Had to give one star, doesn’t deserve that. Not able to put what I got to eat. Either cause never received anything either time.

First off the biscuits are hockey pucks. We couldn’t even tear them. Bo rounds were undercooked. Recommend no breakfast from here. Went 2 weeks thinking it was a 1 off. Nope that’s the standard. Very poor. Now they will send a response sorry for the inconvenience please email and we can resolve. I don’t want money or food, I want to see food and service fixed. If employees can’t cook food correctly find some that will.

Was there around 8:00 on a Saturday. Mashed potatoes and gravy had been sitting there for a while and the dirty rice was barely enough to even have three spoonfuls. It was obvious that they were trying to close.
