The Bo-Berry Sausage biscuits are an excellent twist on a common breakfast sandwich. The service behind the counter was great but it would be much better with kiosk ordering because it took three times for the cashier to punch the order in correctly. The lobby was an absolute mess and it took a minute to find a clean-ER table to eat at. Other than that the food was better than expected for a chain restaurant.

I pulled in the drive thru at 5:48 pm and ordered a 4pc combo. I loved the AI person taking my order because there were no issues. I was told to pull forward because they had no tenders. Then the girl at the counter just shoved them on the counter and said here you go at 6 pm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and TIME VISITING THIS LOCATION.

Honestly not crazy about the automated voice at the drive thru. It’s just so weird to me. But my biscuit was cooked hot and fresh. However, it did have the particular texture that has you checking for pink after each bite.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews…. We have never had a bad experience here. The service is top notch, everyone is super friendly. There was one time our order took a little longer because there was a shift change but, the manager apologized and gave me a free bo berry biscuit for the inconvenience (which it really wasn’t even an inconvenience). We love it here and will continue to visit here often.

I had the sausage and gravy. Its not like other bojangles locations, as in it was not seasoned or flavorful. The bo rounds were good, sweet tea was not per usual. Staff was quick, efficient and greeted us upon entering. Food came out fast. Pork chop and chicken biscuit were good.

I thought breakfast combos came with Bo-Rounds and the only way you would get fries was if you specifically asked for them. Apparently not, as 2 times in a row I have received fries with my combo. As for the biscuit itself, egg portion is smaller, sausage portion seems much smaller, and there is less bacon. Only 1 location in Lebanon and it used to be my go to for a quick combo as my family loves the Bo-Rounds. We are done for a while.

Tristan the manager was amazing and so helpful! We came here after not wanting to wait in the in and out line and apparently a lot of other people did too because they were out of what we ordered. But Tristan did his very best to accommodate us, we will be back!

If Bojangles had a fan club, my family would be the president, vice president, and treasurer.
Let me set the scene: we walked in hungry, mildly cranky, and with a kid who insisted they “weren’t gonna eat anything.” Fast-forward 10 minutes and that same child was dancing in the booth like they just discovered joy for the first time. That’s the Bojangles effect.
First off, the biscuits. Oh. My. Goodness. These things aren’t just biscuits—they’re tender, buttered clouds of happiness. If a biscuit could hug you, this one would. I’m convinced they bake them using a combination of southern charm and actual magic.
And the chicken tenders… listen. I’m not saying I made questionable public noises while eating them, but I absolutely made questionable public noises while eating them. Crispy, juicy perfection. Each bite was like a tiny choir of angels singing in spicy harmony.
My kid devoured everything in sight and asked if we could move in. I said no, but only because I’m not sure they allow that. (If they ever start offering long-term residency, call me.)
Bottom line: Bojangles is the hero we didn’t know we needed, serving joy one buttery bite at a time. Highly recommend.

This is by far the most disgusting Bojangles I’ve ever been to. I ordered the chicken biscuit and bo rounds at the drive thru. Cook to order! They didn’t cook it to order , so I went inside and they still didn’t cook it to order. In fact they gave me an old piece of chicken. I will definitely be contacting the store manager!
