This was my first time going here and the staff were patient and extremely helpful. The drive thru line was quick and painless. The food came out hot fresh and full of flavor. The fries were ok but the chicken was perfect. I got the number 9 and the chicken sandwich both were made to order and done right.

I had coupons in hand, and at the bottom there was a note about $6 meals. I ordered one, but the manager told me I should have said I had a coupon — even though there was no actual coupon required, just the mention of the deal. If the discount is offered without a physical coupon, it should be applied automatically, not only if you ask.
When I questioned the offer, my food was thrown together carelessly and tossed in the bag, and my “no ice” drink was filled to the top with ice. It felt like retaliation for speaking up. The food quality was poor as well. Very disappointing experience.

Yesterday, I made a $50-$60 order via Ubereats at approx 7:30pm.
The Ubereats driver never picked up my order.
I contacted Ubereats & Ubereats called Bogangles to advise Bojangles that “I” will be picking up my order. Ubereats told me all I needed to do was show that I placed the order via my phone.
Then, I called Bojangles & they confirmed they will release my order if I can show I placed the order.
I drove to Bojangles, arrived at approx. 8:45pm, followed the directions given to me By Ubereats & Bojangles . I showed the chat messages I had with Ubereats concerning picking up my order and proof I placed the order via Ubereats . I was denied my order.
Waste of time! The lack of brain power at Bojangles is scary.
I cancelled the order via Ubereats, and they gave me a full refund!!!!

Why has Bojangles gone to AI that’s so hard to understand and then you can’t ask any questions before it comes on and says transferring to a human. I also hate the way they have 10 different vehicles pull to the side waiting on food so that they’re 10 minute time stays intact.

I ordered the chicken finger meal and my fries were cold and overly seasoned. I couldn’t even eat them. The chicken fingers were old. You could tell they’ve been sitting because the ends were dark and hard. I could only eat 1 1/2. The biscuits were good, and the young lady at the window, with the passion twist in a ponytail, was an absolute sweet heart! I’ll try and come back and see how the next visit is.

This was one of my favorite place to get a meal but I don’t know if I would be back anytime soon cause of meat the I got tonight. And that is raw chicken that I got. I call and ask to speak to a manager who didn’t seem very concerned about the food that went out the window. Be careful everyone.
