I came in here to pick up a DoorDash , and the manager was extremely rude to the employees who were just trying to help get orders out for dasher and other customers. Letting dashers know “she’s not worried about DoorDash”. She was also slamming stuff and just being unprofessional in front of customers . I get the job can be overwhelming during a rush but that’s no reason to be rude to your employees in front of everybody.

My wife and I ate lunch today approx 12:20 we were the only ppl in line the young women who took our order was complaining she was hot!! We ordered our 3 piece dinner’s waited and waited for our food had to tell her twice it was for here. She had it in a to go box. We sat down and took a bite of chicken and it was cold!!! I went back and told the Boy behind the counter it was cold. He looked at me with his eyeliner on like I was crazy!! We will definitely never be back ever!!!!!

I’m not usually one to leave a review, much less a bad one but the terrible service and quality of food I received last week is genuinely unforgettable. I came to the drive through last week and ordered a 8 piece family meal. When I got to the window the girl told us it would be 12 minutes and asked if that was okay. When we told her that was fine the girl with pink hair in the back rolled her eyes and sighed loudly. Whatever I can look past that. Fast forward 30 minutes and we are still waiting. Same girl as mentioned previously brought us out our food, but it was the complete wrong meal. She attempts to go back inside but the door is locked so she sits there sighing and hitting the door over and over again as if the door would magically unlock for her acting a fool. This happens two more times. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting we get our food. We realize we did not receive the tea the r meal comes with but after almost an hour of waiting it was shortly not worth even mentioning. We get home and the biscuits are missing as well. We chose Mac and cheese as one of the sides and it had random black stuff in it. Not sure if it was gristle or what but it was extremely off putting. Not only that but I got extremely sick later which leads me to think the chicken may have been undercooked as well. Overall extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the food but also customer service. Will most likely never return to this location. And if the employee I have mentioned previously reads this I hope you get a grip because you thoroughly embarrassed yourself.

Sooooo I’m not usually one to complain….. but Blake and Rachel need to get it together. I waited 20 mins for an order and then she need a scoop up front for Mac and cheese. So he decided to hand her a preused one that looked crusty from the back. Not including the floors are greasy and everything is just gross. All while I’m guessing the “managers” are out the front door smoking cigarettes. Move away from the doorway please. 10/10 don’t recommend

SHOULD JUST CLOSE THE LOCATION!! Went thru drive thru had to wait 5 mins before anyone came to take my order. They were out of everything. Food was cold so i requested that it be re-cooked and they reheated the same food. Biscuit was rock hard. Unacceptable especially after a spending $17 dollars for five chicken fingers. Whole crew looked unmotivated including manager.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel obligated to warn others. I visited the Bojangles in Hinesville expecting a decent meal, but what I got was beyond unacceptable. First of all, the chicken I was served was raw in the middle not just undercooked, raw. This isn’t just a matter of taste; it’s a serious health hazard that could make someone very sick. There is absolutely no excuse for serving raw poultry to customers.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a strand of hair in my food. That alone would have been enough to walk out, but the issues didn’t stop there. The entire restaurant was in a filthy condition. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, the tables were sticky, and to my shock, I saw what appeared to be mold growing on the walls. This isn’t just poor service this is a complete disregard for basic cleanliness and food safety standards.
It honestly made me sick to my stomach not just the food, but the entire experience. The lack of care and hygiene in this place is deeply troubling, and I left feeling angry, disgusted, and disappointed. I would strongly urge others to avoid this location until serious changes are made. Health inspectors need to pay this place a visit ASAP.
Bojangles as a brand should be ashamed to have its name on this location. This is more than just a bad meal it’s a health risk. Do better.

There was literally nobody in line. The fries were cold and hard but also undercooked. The Bo Bites were burnt and tasted stale. One of the employees had an attitude when she was told we added more food to the order. I like Bojangles but I won’t be returning because this was complete BS. They replaced the fries but not the bites. I’m annoyed and still hungry

I’m officially breaking up with you, Bojangles.

Today was the last straw. They were out of chicken at 9AM.

The occasional lack of available menu items, rude staff, insane manager, missing items, napkins and sauce in previous drive through orders all were somewhat overlookable because when the food is good, it’s very good. But when you don’t have the ONE THING I go to you for? We’re done here.

All the negative reviews and the half hearted “response from the owner” follow ups (clearly for show) did nothing for this location. Thanks for the memories, I’ll be driving out of my way to Chik-Fil-A from now on because THEY ARE POLITE, NEVER SCREW UP MY ORDER AND ALWAYS HAVE CHICKEN AVAILABLE!!!!!!

Sorry, I’m typing this on an empty stomach in the Chik-Fil-A drive through. Merry Christmas.

The attitude from the employees is horrid! We ordered 2 family packs and we were understanding they told us it will be a while like 40 minutes and we were perfectly fine with it. The girl taking my payment rolled her eyes at me and as she turned to her coworker and rolled her eyes as well. There were more rude encounters as well like when they said they were out of Mac and cheese and asked if we wanted a substitute and we did she still had a nasty attitude. I am a very understanding person I won’t show that it’s bothering me I always said “please” “thank you”, “have a good day” I was never rude to her as much as my friends wanted me to retaliate I didn’t. They weren’t busy just didn’t want to do their job I’m guessing. I understand having a bad day but they weren’t even busy it wasn’t like we came at a rush and we waited patiently. I don’t know what they are mad at but it shouldn’t have be directed at me. We even need more sauce and my friend went to ask and the employee ROLLS HER EYES AGAIN as she puts her phone down because we are just that much of a bother. I will say the food was good I just can’t accept that attitude.
