Sitting in the parking lot now after ordering a #13 with the AI. And I must say that the AI was the most pleasant experience. This is the 2 time in 3 months that the grilled chicken sandwich is cold and wasn’t made to order and this will be the last time I eat here at this restaurant. Horrible experience with so many people working. To the owner Sell now and cut ties for if the staff continues this trend the opportunity to sell will not be available.

missing the egg from my biscuit. It’s okay to be fast but it’s better to be accurate because I paid for egg. Also they don’t know what light seasoning is not every one like salty fries. My baby can nut eat them like that.

Ordered two biscuit combos, watched over 7 parties come and go with the same items we ordered. But, they kept saying they were waiting on something(steak, bacon, fries, bo-rounds). The drink machine drain was overflowing onto the floor. Dirty tables. Staff members are yelling at each other and on personal phones, while people are complaining about waiting for food. We ended up having to get a refund, after waiting too long. No apology or anything for our wait. We went to the Tobacco Road location and had a better experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant today.
I ordered a sweet potato pie, which was served cold and lacked the usual butter blend topping. Additionally, the medium Bo-Rounds I received were hard and cold. These issues made my meal a waste of both time and money.
I also was told that grits and home-style chicken strips are no longer on the menu.
I hope these concerns are addressed.
