Although the place was very busy. Our experience was very nice. When we ordered our food ,it came out within a respectful time. When i went over my order, I saw that mine was missing a few items. So I went back to the counter and told them that my breakfast sandwich was missing the egg and cheese. Agean, this place was very busy. Within a few seconds, I was given a new breakfast sandwich . They were very polite about what happened and to add when I ored my breakfast meal. I orederd the grits to replace the hashbrown nuggets you get. BUT I got the nugget things anyway with no charge to my order. Those little nugget things are AMAZING…this was my first time at this restaurant, and it was a good experience. Although the place was getting very busy. I’ll definitely come back .

There was nobody in line, so I went to get a steak biscuit. I was informed that it would be about 5 minutes cause they had to drop some steak, I was fine with it. They had me pull forward and wait for my biscuits. 5 other cars came and went as a sat there over the course of 15 minutes before going in to check for my food. None of the fry handles were down, which means my food wasn’t even cooking. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me with no questions asked.

Avoid this location if at all possible. Or just go to popeyes next door. After having to pull ahead to wait for several minutes and get our food given to us by one of the most I dont care attitudes I’ve seen in a while the food order was wrong. Going back in given attitude for needing to fix their mistake was just icing on the cake.

I’ve always loved bojangles… tonight was great. Super friendly staff, quick service, loaded me up with all the sauces I needed, and were very polite. I’m soo glad this bojangles is back and I’m thankful for the good folks working there this evening!

I don’t understand what is wrong with these Bojangles in Athens because it seems like they are all terrible, I made an online order and got there 10 minutes after the suppose time that it was going to be ready and my order wasn’t even ready to be picked up, not to mention the chicken tenders were burnt, they forget to pack the extra dipping sauce they we ordered, and they gave me a cheddar and egg biscuit when I order a Cajun chicken biscuit, how do you mess up all that when I ordered online!!! Pay attention people!!! I’m never coming to this Bojangles again!!

Just wanted to say my visit to Bojangles this morning was great, Tanner and Chad offered wonderful customer service and the food was the best it has been in a long time. These days it seems we pay alot for very bad food thru out the fast food industry but just wanted everyone to know Chad is working very hard to make positive changes to this location. Everyone please give it a try!!
