Never been to a Fast Food restaurant and they cater to YOUR EVERY NEED! From the moment my family and I walked in the door we were greeted with great southern hospitality. We placed our order and was given our drinks. We were standing waiting for our food and was told that we could have a seat and that our food would be brought out to us. Soon as we sat down our food was brought out to us and it was piping out! Everything we needed was on our tray, EVERYTHING! THE BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! My husband and I were so pleased we asked for the manager. The general manager looked and carried herself as such and was very vocal on how she had to build her team. We own several businesses and we explained to her that if she ever decided to venture out we would gladly take her. You have to have a passion for what you do and if there is no passion then why do it. Kuddos to this great general manager and her staff. Everything was delicious . We will be back every Sunday just because of the treatment my family and I received. Thank you.

He went above and beyond during my visit, making multiple trips out in the rain to make sure everything was right with my order. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

I am now heading to Bojangles to take this 8 piece meal back. Chicken looked old and something didn’t look right my husband said its not crisp and it looks discolored. Instead of bit I g into the chicken thank God he tore it apart and the meat was raw and bloody. Just lost a customer

the food always tastes great but they always take forever to complete my order, specifically with the chicken. i placed an online order and gave them an additional 15 minutes to the time it said it would be ready. i arrived and my food still wasn’t ready. my order was given to me 30 mins after the expected time. it’s a common thing here because every single time i come here, i have to wait for chicken no matter how small the order is (supreme box) or how big the order is (family meal) with time given to them.

Even though I came at 9:00 pm, the staff was super friendly, helpful, and even said I look like Elvis! Food never disappoints and beats pretty much every fried chicken restaurant from Southern California. I love Bojangles and especially love this location, always amazing, always a pleasure to eat at! 10/10

It was ok for a chicken sandwich place. I didn’t realize it was supposed to be spicy until I bit into the sandwich and noticed the seasoning. I wished the sandwich was warmer especially since it was during lunch. Overall I didn’t have to wait long in the drive thru and the rep was helpful. The fries were okay not as hot as I like too.

New building. Clean. Plenty of parking. Off main road of Senioa. Next door to Taco Bell. Food is okay. Customer service need work. I rated a one because for delivery services pickup time is slow 90% of the time. I waited 10 minutes for an order that I never got. The car in front of me got their food. Three cars behind me got their food. I called and asked did they forget about me and a worker answered and said that there was only one person working and that she had just arrived and asked me to wait an additional 5 minutes could be longer or shorter wait . Poor customer service.

Morning Crew A1! All of the ladies are nice and be on there jobs. Night crew suck! Them dudes be lost. It’s guaranteed every time they will make you pull to the side and wait. Sad part is they tell you 5 minutes and it ends up being 15 minutes. I want to give 5 stars to the morning crew and 0 stars to the night crew so I just ga e them 3 stars . Sorry ladies
