I ordered the 12 piece family meal. It took 25 minutes to bring out. The chicken was over fried. The sides were okay. The biscuits were really good though. Light, fluffy and not too buttery.

Dined here on a last minute decision due to the proximity of the nearby shopping. Dining area is very clean and roomy, mostly setup like family style dining booths and tables. Had to try their “Famous” biscuits, which was delicious and not dry compared to some other restaurants. Very friendly and efficient service. The manager on duty ensured that the food being served was above and beyond expectations. This kind of customer service is great to experience with the good quality level of food.

Went to get chicken for lunch. I was told there was a 15 minute wait, on fried chicken, at a restaurant “famous” for chicken. Absurd and unacceptable. Can’t believe a chicken restaurant can’t have chicken ready to serve.

absolutely awful, customer service is trash, last time i came they didn’t give me one of the fries and this time im missing the only chicken biscuit i ordered. I don’t necessarily understand how it’s possible to mess up that bad.

Customer service here is extremely sub par. Went through the drive through at 2:50 pm and saw that they were closing at three from a Microsoft Word Calibiri font typed piece of paper taped to the ordering box. We asked to place two separate orders and immediately the person working the drive through explicitly said “Huh?” Tone of voice and attitude is a huge part of customer service and today customer service was greatly lacking. Once at the window we paid for the orders and were asked to pull into a parking space. From the time we arrived at the window at 2:55pm until we received our food was 20 minutes. Luckily, the food was warm however we are just overall very disappointed with customer service. It felt as though it was not, in fact, Bo Time.
