Absolutely horrible service, took me 10 mins to order food off their “new and improved” AI drive through. What a joke. Then upon spending $42 dollars they forget to give me any of the sauces (they charged me extra for) and didn’t give me any fries with my 2 combos. Just 2 boxes with 3 chicken tenders in it. . Craziest part is we were the only ones in line. No crazy backed up line or customers packed out to the street. There should not be this much error in a restaurant majority of it is now an automated AI. Will never be comming back here. -10/10.

I just about got the law called on me in this place. Came in at 7:45 ordered food and set down started eating then the manager said I had to be gone buy 8:01 pm or she was going to call the law . Accused me of being intoxicated. I don’t even drink! If she would of just left me alone I would of easily been gone by 8 . I didn’t even get to eat my food. Date and time 12/15/2025 8:00 pm I hate this place and management. Every time I think about goin back to this place they screw it up! It’s the only half decent food in temple is the only reason I keep giving this place a chance.

Originally 2 weeks ago I gave this restaurant a 5 star. Food was great, no issues with my order. But not anymore. Ordered 2 – 2pc dark combos that come with 2 sides according to the website menu for pick up as well as the automated computer order taker. I drove home with my order and realized I was short one of my sides as well as overcharged for both meals. I called to report one of my sides was missing and to question the price of my meals. I was told “you have to order it a different way”. The manager (S) let me know I could come by at anytime to pick up a family mac & cheese. I proceeded back up to the restaurant to question again why am I charged differently than a pick up order. They kept saying…”you have to order it differently…saying different words” . I left furious. I will not be back and I will share this within the community if asked where a good place is to eat in Temple., it will not be Bojangles.

Visited the Temple GA location drive thru for breakfast on the way to work I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit that was burnt and hard as a rock. I returned after my 4 hour shift to request a refund not only was the staff and the manager very rude and unprofessional. I was blamed for the biscuit being hard because I returned it after I got off work. I was told by the staff and the manager they are unable to give refunds that the only option was to get another burnt biscuit. I called the corporate office I was told that the manager and his staff lied to me that you are given the option to get a refund if you don’t want your food replaced. The place was dirty, barely any customers, the service was terrible. And they lie to their customers so they can’t get refunds. BEWARE this place is awful. Count your days BOGANGLES. This is probably the reason this location doesn’t get much business they have to throw the food away daily. If you have a problem ask for the corporate number contact them don’t waste your time they will just argue with you. I will never eat here again not even for free.

I’d recommend this place during the less busy hours. The drive through would be frustrating for anyone, dining inside you’d find out the restaurant seems to be operating with 2 employees during busy hours. Despite this the clerk taking my order was still patient and composed for a first time customer. The Cajun Fillet is what I was recommended and it slapped harder than the steak biscuits. Food was good despite the obvious extra workload and rush. It was a vibe today.

Took forever, sat at window almost ten minutes waiting for food. Grilled chicken sandwich didn’t have lettuce. Person on grill, who I could see through window, was moving in slow motion which was probably why it took so long, zero pep to get the job done. Very disappointing for a Bojangles which are normally much better than this location.

Terrible service. Has to be the worst bojangles in GA. Hands down. We travel and work all over GA and this restaurant has to be one of the worst. They won’t give you a receipt. Told to park it would be 5 mins. Waited 20 and had to go get. Lazy is not a word for the service here.

Another park and wait. 1PM and I had to wait 12 minutes for chicken strips. 3 cars parked waiting right now. Food was fresh. No apology for the delay but she did say have a nice day.
